I love the products but im having trouble getting replacement baits, i purchased the original trout trick in the fried chicken color way and the tails were coming off so i spoke with customer service who gave me an email to send some pictures and an address to get a new pack and i have yet to receive any email confirming that they are going to be shipped please help me out i just want my lures

You bought the original trout tricks those are not elaztech get some of the trout tricks in fried chicken it’s mutch stronger
