@@janetmcgue2313 it depends on the hair products you’re using. If you use stringer hold gels then your hair will hold a curl longer with very little refresh. I personally like softer gels, I don’t mind refreshing every single day.

I have an event this weekend and while I know a lot because of Mell, I find myself always binging different videos when I know I have to prep for a GOOD hair week. So here I am, watching, rewatching, and enjoying the new content. 😌
Me too. For decades I treated my hair wrong and my bad habits are sneaking in after a while, also not touching is a struggle. So, when I don't understand anymore why my hair looks like it does or I prep for an event, I rewatch her videos and 🤦🏻♀️.
Where have your videos been all my life? Seriously, I needed this video like... 55 years ago. Grew up having my hair treated as a problem for my parents to solve as quickly and cheaply as possible. That continued on into adulthood, since I had no other mental model for it, and having it shaved off in military basic training gave me an option to fall back on occasionally over the next few decades. Didn't start to see my hair differently until I was in my late 40s, and it wasn't until I was in my 50s and growing it long while in covid lockdown that I really started making an effort to take care of it properly. So much I have to learn, though. Started watching your channel a month or two ago and have been picking up all kinds of info, and this video is packed with even more that I didn't know. Thank you!
Can’t wait for you to spill the tea on the hair color. I’ve been every shade of red from dark auburn to my current orange red (all salon. I’m not chancing my color at home). I’d love to do something with a hue like yours is today.
Please make a part two! Can you go into more detail about pre-pooing? I have low porosity hair and I already struggle so much getting moisture in that sealing my hair in oil seems counterproductive. We need Scientiffy Mell to give us the facts, ma'am. Also would love more low porosity videos!
I really hope you win that award, you definitely deserve it! I went on the website and voted for u. You've helped me so much with my curls and you helped many other people too. Great video btw!
I loved this, and was so glad to see you went with all 15, instead of cutting it down to 10. Part 2 would be appreciated. You and Amanda are they best. I really need to check out that oil. 💜💜
Watching this a year later, and not only does the code still work, IT WORKS IN THE UK!!! You have no idea how happy I am!! I've only just started my journey to healthy wavy hair, and I am LOVING you and your channel!
Call me crazy but since learning to love my curls for 4 years or so I finally broke down and treated myself to the Dyson!! Ive washed and diffused twice now and have had the best lasting curls. And my hair looks to be improving because it isnt staying wet forever while airdryjng! Your video today so on point!! Thank you for all you do ❤️
@@rootedbyj I actually do think it is much better but than again ive got really thick hair that always took too long to airdry and probably led to some of my hair issues with frizz. Plus the older dryer was a conair with a universal diffuser that were really old. Im extremely happy that I bought it!
Me too!!! 4 years CG! Finally bought one & what a difference the Dyson makes, everything u said & I would add fast drying time & how light & easy it is to use. I used to dread wash day as it took forever! It has made my life easier & that in itself is worth the price
I am currently at work and I cannot wait to go home & watch this. I am about 3 months into my journey & I can see a huge difference! Thank you Mell & Amanda for your guidance! BTW the new AG curl cream is AMAZING! 🔥
I read your message and thought “I’m not alone” I’m on 5 months and a half (but who’s counting) through my hair journey and I think we might need a support group 😂 …. Loving my results but patience is not my virtue 😉
Watching with hair plopped in my purple zebra print towel💜 Mell, you are wonderful! 💞Requesting a video for us “mature” curlies…can you talk about gray curly hair sometime & get scientiffy for us. I keep coloring mine, but the gray hair that comes in seems possessed😬 Coloring it seems to tame it back to its normal curl pattern?
I am 68 years old. I’m just discovering this whole curly hair thing. Mine is more wavy curly. But I’ve been loving trying this. I think we need to see some mature ladies as guests on your show!! Love watching your videos and I have learned so much! Thank you!
I love your channel! Your sparkling personality is always making me smile and laugh. I have wavy hair and I would love more wavy hair videos if you get a chance. ❤
This is hands down THE MOST Informative video about curls on RUclips. Oh my goodness so much information broken down in an entertaining way💚love it. Thank you so much Mel.
I really learned about the way hair changes as I've gotten more silver! My silvers need moisture, but moisture that makes my silver happy overloads my non-silvers. My solution, use a deep conditioner for up to 10 minutes whenever I wash but mix in aittle of Botanika The Mender protein treatment, and I don't use a leave in conditioner. Gives both my silvers and non-silvers what they need.
PLEASE THE PART TWO 😍 loved this so so much, so incredibly helpful, especially since I aaaalways have those pesky stringy clumps. Washing tonight and can't wait to try these tips out!
I honestly had no idea that the cause of my split ends had to do with me air drying my hair (I never owned a hair dryer) so this was a real eye-opener. Guess I know what I will be asking for Christmas 🤣
Waited til the very end to comment. This was so helpful, and Learned so much. I think I need to work on my brush styling tension. I also started finger coiling the back bottom and top, my trouble spots. Love Mel videos!
I had to burst out laughing at no. 7 and no. 8 💀 I feel ATTACKED!!! But I needed this and I will employ your hacks for prettier hair! Thanks Mell & Amanda, I hope y’all are holding up well 💗💗💗
I love the scent of bond curl repair stuff and just picked up the oil. I’m just excited it doesn’t smell like coconut and has olive oil in it. My hair does so much better with olive oil than others.
Girl, I recommend your channel to curlies struggling or just in general. Your tips have helped save my curls and my hair. About a year ago I was fed with the CGM but I didn’t want to give up on my hairs health I just wanted something easier to do. Layering products, the right products, and styling side up instead of getting upside down constantly having back pain or styling in the shower getting cold. And having a mess in the back of my hair! You are my trusty go to person for all things hair. Plus I’m a nerd and love scienfiy Mel lol.
I wished my hairstylist could see your videos. just today I was telling her what not to do to my hair so My hair would not look freeze after I got out of the Solon. Believe me I have looked for a hairstylist for a long time, that understand what is styling currently hair with personality! 😁 Even today at the Solon a client with flat wavy hair said I didn’t know know how to do my hair, a hair that I had all my life! so I decided to quit hairstylist and just follow people that have on RUclips channel, that have hair similar to mine and know the art of controlling very curly hair. So thank you for your videos. Big hug 🤗
I saw you mention brushing with tension in another video yesterday. Today I tried it and it was a game changer. I had clumps again! My curls are starting to look juicy again as I get back into taking care of my hair.
Your hair is stunning! To be honest, I think all of these steps apply to all hair types. I have wavy hair that has been dreadlocked for over ten years. I noticed that as my hair went grey, the texture completely changed so I started looking into WHY I was suddenly cursed with frizzy locs. I now sleep with a satin bonnet, I have a better wash routine, I put product in my hair and my locs look SO much better as a result!
This is like a “greatest hits video!” The advice on the brushing is so spot on, probably one of the most important things Did you ever cover neck hair and why is such an issue? I don’t recall. All I know is, my canopy is easier to tame than my neck hair, sometimes I have to use products made for coily hair to tame it. If I do the pineapple, if I use a bonnet makes no difference. P.S. As you get older, hair can be high porosity for no reason other than age.
the hair around my neck is a looser curl, closer to 3b, but it always gets tangled and frizzy so i relate to having to use different products. also i was just born with high porosity hair 🤷♀️
Happy Texture Tuesday!! Girl you look gorgeous!! The makeup the hair the clothes it all just works!👏👏! So excited for this and its 30 min long I love it!! Thank you!! Much love and happiness xoxo 😘
Mel I kid you not I'm about to drive from Portland, Oregon to Toronto just to have you cut my hair. Your videos have honestly been life-changing for me.
I just love this channel, I keep learning so many things about curly hair, and your tips are really helping me..I started my curly hair journey in September 19 2020, I didn’t know I have curly hair, my younger sister had curly hair since she was a child, but my mom never tried to see if I have curly hair, but one day my moms cousin gave my mom some curly hair products so my mom can try them, and I tried to use them on my hair, and bc of your tips My curls are looking fine and beautiful now..I’m still learning about my hair and how to to make my curls better and what is the best products for my hair, thank you for helping me and a lot of people Mell💜
This video was so good! Lots of good reminders on the days where I feel frustrated. Definitely a few pointers that I needed to get back to working on. However, I will say that I used to live for styling right-side-up, mostly b/c my hair is THICK and upside-down hurts my back/neck. Also, after watching a lot of your videos on proper Denman styling, I had a great routine! Then, I chopped off like, 7 inches! And upside-down was a option again! What I’ve learned in order to utilize upside down styling are a few things: when you detangle, don’t brush ALL of your hair forward, brush some to the sides, too. Use the Denman to distribute styling cream/product and flip some tension where you need to. And then, MOVE. Scrunch up side down. Turn your head sideways, spray more water, SHAKE, scrunch. Repeat. Right-side up/side to side, and then upside down one more time for good measure. This avoids a lot of that weird wonky back rats nest. I can see how this would still not be ideal for thinner hair. Also, I’ve noticed as my hair starts to grow back, it’s more difficult to avoid some weird part stuff toward the back. It will still look good, but NOT quite how I’d like. YMMV.
I love the way Amanda edits the videos and adds clips from past videos! Maybe she could add the card to the video so we could click on it and re-watch if we can’t remember exactly which video the clip was from. Awesome content!
My worst hair days are usually my work days since it's so easy to get sweaty/warm (especially with wearing face masks) & I'm in a dim lit room all day (massage therapist), so I tend to not be as worried what I look like & have my hair up in whatever ways I can keep all the hairs from being on my face or neck. I will say that I tend to do mostly air drying lately with having less time to devote to blow drying or I don't want to be noisy if the rest of the household is still sleeping. But considering that fact, hair still is doing better on those no blow days than they ever did before I found your channel.
This is wonderful. I have used so many of your tips and you changed how I feel about my hair. I understand all 15 of these reasons thanks to all your earlier videos. This’s just puts it all together beautifully. Write a book PLEASE!!!
For one more time. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Not only theory. Not only advise. Solution to the point. I have seen a lot (if not all) of your videos, trying your styling technique, and still be the queen of frizz (thin, fine, 2c-3a,low density). Almost all of the products not available in Greece so I cannot do what you do. I have not the same hair. You made me to use cones and not feel guilty. (although most of them make my hair too heavy, less curly) and learned me how to I can decide what cone to use and when. But still Queen of frizz. And now this. I finally see details that I am doing wrong. Try again and boom! Same products, more definition, less frizz. What can I say? Only thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
I am addicted to your videos! To be honest, I can't afford most things you mention in your videos. But luckily my hair is low porosity and high density so I don't need a lot of products. To be honest, I'm having problems with its weight cause I wanna donate it and growing them is making them heavy af.
my BEST hair day, on color treated hair I washed my entire head with the As I Am cowash (it felt sooo dry prior, but soo soft and moisturized after this wash) Detangled while still in the shower Conditioned with Mane Choice 3 in 1 Also left a bit in as a leave in Got out and sealed with oil and blueberry curls and an addtl leave in. put it up in a bun, did my makeup. 30 mins later my hair looked AMAZING
My hair has changed after each child I have had! My daughter had my curls POPPINNN and my son took all things beauty from me, especially my hair! I am re-learning!
Hi Mell! I think that you should’ve added to the hair dryer section is that maybe the diffuser attachment is allowing too much air coming through and disturbs the curls. I figured this out after getting a different diffuser attachment. Even though I had my hair dryer in the lowest air setting and lowest “no” heat setting, my bad hair days were the most prevalent through out my curl journey. I felt like I’ve only had good hair days counted in both my hands. I got an attachment where I could control how much air flow I let it go through, and LET ME TELL YOU…That made a world of a difference. I thought my hair was damaged and thought I had to get a buzz cut to start over, but I was wrong.
Loved this video and now I need to go check out those rainy day videos because Florida is notorious for having rain storms pop up unpredictably. Great video Mel! 💜
Question: Is white (grey, platinum, silver, glitter, whatever euphemism you want) more likely to higher porosity? Any other likely characteristics? Asking for a friend. 😜
Many people report them to be more wiry, although personally, I can't confirm that. I have quite a lot of white at age 41 and don't notice a difference in texture or wave pattern. I have thick 'horsehair' to begin with, though. Maybe it's different for people with fine hair.
My white hairs seem slightly more porous than the others. They are concentrated more at the front/temples so I don't know if that makes a difference. Using more product and oil in that area seems to help a lot to prevent them fluffing out too much. My hair is fine and much better condition since I stopped dying it, i have ringlets again 😁
@@raraavis7782 I think mine used to be like that (I would feel it when individual hairs fell out and hit my shoulder) but either I don’t notice it anymore or it’s less wiry. I keep wondering if I should automatically assume that it is dryer, more fragile, or more porous now that it is mostly naturally white, or if I should keep trying to “listen” to it. I swear that my ears still work pretty good, but my ability to discern the needs of my hair has me feeling like my “hearing” abilities are kaput.
White hair: high porosity Grey hair: low porosity There’s a whole science to this I am DYING to break down in a video!! Just beware you might notice your hair is resistant when it’s grey but absorbent fine and fragile when it gets white!
@@ManesByMell OMG, Curl Mom is here! (How do they say it? Squeee!!!) (Okay, I’m sure I got that wrong.) Moving on anyway, I would LOVE the nitty gritty scientiffy info.
Wow! Loved this video! Watched while I was diffusing 😉. I have waist length waves and get my best results with Spisha's method of diffusing with my air gently bunched up while drying. I lay on my back with my hair draped off the edge of the bed bunched on my bench which sits at the foot of my bed. Diffuser roots first and wow! I have Marida hair! Thanks for all the great tips!

This is so helpful & a video I’m saving to reference again if I need it. Please do a part 2! I am confused on one part (it could be the recent epipen though). I’m not fully understanding the difference between not separating the scalp & camouflage. Could you explain what you mean by not separate? Thank you Mel for this insightful video- 3 things- 1) Where is that pink brush from- I checked the amazon link and did not see it :( 2) When I use oils - my curl becomes frizzy and stringy- I do not understand - the only oil that I used that did not do this is Design Me - Gloss me. Any insight on this? 3) Can you do makeup videos? I love you makeup looks. Thank you so much!
I love your videos! I’ve always used a wide tooth comb on my hair, but switching to using as soft bristle brush has been a huge on my curl definition with a lot less frizz. I just need a low dryer and diffuser!!
First: so sorry for your loss. I know your back to making videos, but it still must be hard. You got this, though!! I watch all of your videos. I've never actually commented, but I've supported you for sure! Will you please make a video on fixing stubborn roots? I have 3c hair at the tips, waves in the middle, and my roots stay nearly straight! There's other influencers, but I honestly trust your words over theirs! Thank you!!
Love this video. So much useful information that is so very true!!! Also, I watch Gena Marie as well and she is another one that has great advice for curly hair girls!

I’ve used some of my very loved curl creams with this combo and have had great results. The rosemary water is also good for refreshing next day through the week.
You r awesome!! I’m such a curly hair gal. I do mostly everything u said. Except when those small parts frizz are l’ll make sure to te wet. I sometimes put a clip or two to give the top a bit of height, and it’s a better look for me. You’re very helpful, because you’re a pro!! I found that using extra products or a little more makes my hair look healthy. I hate frizzI can also blow drive my hair pretty straight, it’s not course, but I live in Florida, so the summer frizz is not worth the time for a blowout! you are gorgeous and have gorgeous curls!!! Great idea about the Bonnet. Thanks for the in-depth video.!!!!
So good to see you again 🥰 Could you please do a video/styling routine on someone who has very fine hair? Because of all you lovely RUclipsrs I no longer have high porosity hair. I can’t get enough info! I am always looking for ways to improve my mane. It was one of your videos that I decided to embrace my textured hair. Thank you!

My worlds are colliding!! I love twilight and I love your hair videos. Funnily enough, twilight always made me want straight hair because Bella/K-Stew did. Full circle moment.
I Just realised this Video was posted Yesterday!! Im so Happy that i See this. I think i FINNALY Want to Bring my curls Back. But i Dont have the right Routine. They are crumpy , broken and Not in shape. I Dont have the right products but i will Take my time to Test me through. 😊
I found styling the crown section upside down and styling the back and sides right side up gives me the best combo of volume up top and no wonky sections in the back
Thank-you so much for all the tips. My whole life practically I straightened my hair everyday going against me curls. Then at age 47 my hair suddenly went super dry so even when I cut it short which used to give nice curls it is now just frizz! I'm scared to even use any heat on my hair but since you mentioned it's better to diffuse and not leave hair wet for a long time, I'll try to diffuse. Also I'm guessing being 47 and probably but not sure, going through menopause, is causing me to get hot everyday which means sweat which equals frizz! I will try all these tips though, thank you so much!

@@rootedbyj I actually do think it is much better but than again ive got really thick hair that always took too long to airdry and probably led to some of my hair issues with frizz. Plus the older dryer was a conair with a universal diffuser that were really old. Im extremely happy that I bought it!
@@rootedbyj I just try not to dwell on how much I spent 🤣
Me too!!! 4 years CG! Finally bought one &
what a difference the Dyson makes, everything u said & I would add fast drying time & how light & easy it is to use. I used to dread wash day as it took forever! It has made my life easier & that in itself is worth the price
I’ve had like 4 bad hair days in a row last week and finally decided to bust out the flat iron today haha. Need these tips for next wash day tho ❤️
Deep conditioning helps me a lot! I'm 34
I am 68 years old. I’m just discovering this whole curly hair thing. Mine is more wavy curly. But I’ve been loving trying this. I think we need to see some mature ladies as guests on your show!!
Love watching your videos and I have learned so much! Thank you!
I would love to see more over 45s curlies videos. My thinning, undyed grey hair is definitely possessed! 😂😰
ditto to all the comments re grey hair
I second this! I just turned 50 and my grays are so much more coarse than the rest of my hair.
I am like a proud mama with your youtube subscribers plaque behind you on the wall. So well deserved. We love you Mell.
Thank you Lisa I appreciate you so much❤️❤️❤️
Your hair always looks amazing but it’s looking way more amazing lately.
Thanks Mell & Amanda, I hope y’all are holding up well 💗💗💗
You are such a knowledgeable goof ball and I’m hair for it!
I love the scent of bond curl repair stuff and just picked up the oil. I’m just excited it doesn’t smell like coconut and has olive oil in it. My hair does so much better with olive oil than others.
I feel like every hair product either smells fruity or coconut.
getting my first professional haircut since covid tomorrow by a curly hair specialist, send me all your love and prayers 🖤
This is like a “greatest hits video!” The advice on the brushing is so spot on, probably one of the most important things
Did you ever cover neck hair and why is such an issue? I don’t recall. All I know is, my canopy is easier to tame than my neck hair, sometimes I have to use products made for coily hair to tame it. If I do the pineapple, if I use a bonnet makes no difference.
P.S. As you get older, hair can be high porosity for no reason other than age.
the hair around my neck is a looser curl, closer to 3b, but it always gets tangled and frizzy so i relate to having to use different products. also i was just born with high porosity hair 🤷♀️
Wow. I've been searching for a video like this for YEARS. You're a lifesaver.
Happy Texture Tuesday!! Girl you look gorgeous!! The makeup the hair the clothes it all just works!👏👏! So excited for this and its 30 min long I love it!! Thank you!! Much love and happiness xoxo 😘
I have my wash days on Tuesdays specifically so I can watch while I style/plop!! Loved this
Mel I kid you not I'm about to drive from Portland, Oregon to Toronto just to have you cut my hair. Your videos have honestly been life-changing for me.
You should definitely do a part2 to this video! I learn a lot from you
I just love this channel, I keep learning so many things about curly hair, and your tips are really helping me..I started my curly hair journey in September 19 2020, I didn’t know I have curly hair, my younger sister had curly hair since she was a child, but my mom never tried to see if I have curly hair, but one day my moms cousin gave my mom some curly hair products so my mom can try them, and I tried to use them on my hair, and bc of your tips My curls are looking fine and beautiful now..I’m still learning about my hair and how to to make my curls better and what is the best products for my hair, thank you for helping me and a lot of people Mell💜
My bookmark is a tag from an NHL blanket, I feel you!
Thank you! Thank you!
The impatience when drying my curls is it for me 😬
I am addicted to your videos!
To be honest, I can't afford most things you mention in your videos. But luckily my hair is low porosity and high density so I don't need a lot of products. To be honest, I'm having problems with its weight cause I wanna donate it and growing them is making them heavy af.
Pls help my hair routine she’s struggling
I feel you, love.
my BEST hair day, on color treated hair
I washed my entire head with the As I Am cowash (it felt sooo dry prior, but soo soft and moisturized after this wash)
Detangled while still in the shower
Conditioned with Mane Choice 3 in 1
Also left a bit in as a leave in
Got out and sealed with oil and blueberry curls and an addtl leave in. put it up in a bun, did my makeup.
White hair: high porosity
Grey hair: low porosity
There’s a whole science to this I am DYING to break down in a video!!
Oh this is interesting! Thanks for the tip!
I am just starting out on embracing my curls and I feel like I'm never gona figure it out. Especially figuring out products that work on my limited budget. I hope to find stylist close to where I am to help me with my hair. But I am learning alot with your videos so Thank you very much
I hope you’re doing Hairoween again! I swear I’m gonna do it this time.
I'm newly transitioning to my natural curly hair and while I'm enjoying the journey thusfar, my bad hair days are SO BAD. I need all the help I can get man!
It took me a good year to have consistent good hair days. Trust me, my bad hair days were BAD, but it does get better.
Same here. My hair looks like crap mostly and my bathroom is starting to look like a hair lab. I have so many different products. Probably spent $1000.00 on them.
It took me about 3 years to figure it out and fall in love. Keep a journal try new things! Once you find the right products it will all make sense.
@@melissarupard463 the struggle 🥺 I started getting stuff from ulta and I'll take it back! If it doesnt work for me after 2 uses it would go back. Now that I found what works for me I stopped looking but I was always fast to return.
My advice as a curly finally loving her curls: it's a marathon not a sprint. AND make sure only someone that understands textured hair cuts your hair.
That hand on the brush trick was a real treat. Thanks always!! I loved these, plz do more! Dive deep! We love it!! ❤❤❤
My daughter is named Bella! (she's 23, so I picked the name first!) and of course I'm a curly haired twilight fan! Can't wait to hear what you think of Midnight Sun!! Needed a refresher on your tips....hair has been looking ratchet. Love ya!!
That lipstick looks amazing on you!
But, having seen last night's live, I can't help thinking about that dress being half on 😆
Me too! 😂
You look extra beautiful. Loving the rose gold vibe. Makeup is super sweet and lips are popping!
GUYS VOOOOOTE !!!!!!!! that's one the best ways to show mell that we love her :)
Thank you so so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
you deserve more mell 😍😍
JUST VOTED FOR YOU LOVE!!!! I HOPE SO BADLY THAT YOU RECEIVE THIS WELL EARNED AWARD!!
Thank you so much❤️
This is so helpful, thank you. Gena is such a good curly girl too, loads of useful tips and trick. Vote submitted, 🤞 good luck ❤️
This is so helpful & a video I’m saving to reference again if I need it. Please do a part 2!
I am confused on one part (it could be the recent epipen though). I’m not fully understanding the difference between not separating the scalp & camouflage. Could you explain what you mean by not separate? I have fine low density hair & when I started blow drying your way with changing head positions, it gave me much more volume & definition.
BTW, your rhyming skill gives quite a thrill, not just today but in every way.
Thanks for all the help you give us. You are so appreciated!
Voted for ya Mell....I wish you the best of luck. I hope you win
Thank you ❤️❤️
PLEASE DO A PART 2!!!! This was so helpful! Glad you’re back!
YES part 2! I could watch you all day, every day!
Porosity - clarify hair, Moisture/Protein balance, use the right cleansers, saturate your hair with water/product, improper product application - avoid frizz with proper product distribution - tools - wide tooth comb and denman brush, the importance of brushing with tension, be gentle with your hair, pay attention to your position while styling while upside down/upright, be patient when drying your hair for best results - if air drying ensure to get it dry as fast as possible - use a microfiber towel - use the aid of the fan, the importance of using a finishing product, protecting your hair overnight/daily with protective styles and accessories - satin bonnet, scrunchies, scarf, pillowcase, preventing curls from mishaping - after exercising remove accessories from hair to let it breathe, don't forget to consider the weather when styling, treating split ends and dead ends with haircuts and regular treatments - oil hair regularly.
Mell can you and Amanda do a 2021
# bloopers ?? My favorite part of your videos are your endings .. l laugh so hard wearing earbuds. 🤣
We Americans need to laugh more... ❤ And have good hair days. Yes... for a part #2 ..
Ive been watching all your videos, and today you revealed a big 'ah ha' moment for me!!!! I have low density hair!!!! I had no idea, I thought you could see my scalp cause I have fine hair. Especially when I put it in a pony tail, you can see all the sides of my scalp! I did not know about density! Please do your own style video for low density curls!!
Yes this was super helpful! Would love part 2! 😊 I re read the whole series after I had pre ordered midnight sun, felt like I was in my tweens again! 😍
Omg totally saving this Mell! It’s so helpful especially now my hair is in a funk the past few wash days. Glad to see you and Amanda better!
You saved my curls, literally. Just needed to say it. Thank you for all those videos 🥰
Well hello, pretty lady! 💜 Your hair & makeup looks amazing!
Thank you❤️❤️
I’d love to see you and seester try diy flaxseed gel. I started using it as hair masks, and as a styling gel and my hair has never looked or felt so good!!!! And the shine ✨ I also have been using diy rosemary water as a leave in spray from my scalp to tips before I use the flax.
Yes part 2 please!!
The clip of you AGGRESSIVELY brushing your hair is hilarious!!! Thank for this video! So many tips I will be using starting today!
Part two please!!! I love your lengthy videos 😍😍
So good to see you again 🥰 Could you please do a video/styling routine on someone who has very fine hair? Because of all you lovely RUclipsrs I no longer have high porosity hair. I just have a hard time finding advice for very fine hair. I have done a lot of trial and error but would love to hear your advice.
I can’t get enough info! I am always looking for ways to improve my mane. It was one of your videos that I decided to embrace my textured hair. Thank you!
I was such a Twilight fan when it first came out! I remember that when Eclipse came out I was in the middle of one of the most difficult semesters of my undergraduate and had to give the book to my mom to hide it away because I couldn’t just read one chapter and it was keeping form studying 🤷🏻♀️
My worlds are colliding!! I love twilight and I love your hair videos. Funnily enough, twilight always made me want straight hair because Bella/K-Stew did. Full circle moment.
This was FABULOUS!!! It is filled with so many great tips that I have had to rewatch and rewatch again and again.. it is like a HUGE summary💯
I Just realised this Video was posted Yesterday!! Im so Happy that i See this. I think i FINNALY Want to Bring my curls Back. But i Dont have the right Routine. They are crumpy , broken and Not in shape. I Dont have the right products but i will Take my time to Test me through. 😊
I found styling the crown section upside down and styling the back and sides right side up gives me the best combo of volume up top and no wonky sections in the back
Lmao I am really sitting here giggling at all of these because your humor always gets me, I can’t. You are special Mell!!!
Literally EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. My hair has not been cooperating with me lately
Oh my gosh i love this hair colour on you 💖😍 great to see you again! Thanks for this video 🥳🎈
