I would love to see a transcript! Instead I get listen to someone's (3X interrupted by commercials) yakkity yakking. It takes all the fun out of RUclips instructional videos. 🤨
I just got my S21 yesterday and searched everywhere for someone on RUclips explaining the camera features. I had given up after a million unbox review videos. Then without even looking this video shows up in my suggestion line. This is everything I wanted. Thank you so much. Subscribing!
I'VE HAD MY SAMSUNG GALAXY S21 ULTRA FOR ALMOST 4 MONTHS AND NOW I KNOW HOW TO USE MY CAMERA, I WAS USING MY CAMERA ALL WRONG AND NOW WITH THE HELP OF YOUR VIDEO EVERYTHING IS MUCH BETTER AND TOTALLY UNDERSTANDABLE NOW. THANKS DUDE THAT WAS GREAT, DEFINITELY SUBSCRIBED
Thank you this is still very useful a year later! I learned so much from your video. This is a must-watch for new s21 owners. I also have it saved so I can come back to it as a refresher when needed.
This is exactly what I was looking for, I bought this phone purely for its advanced camera options and features to film skateboarding and photos of my art. I had a hard time figuring it out and you did it for me....thankyousomuch!
Thank you so much for this video, it was the best camera settings instructions I could find. I’m an iPhone lifer trying to switch to android strictly because of this camera so I want the absolute best quality pictures. Will be testing all these settings tomorrow now that I’ve saved them as per your video. Thanks so much :)
Thank you thank you! It took me a while to finish your video. I would pause, go to my camera settings and make your recommended settings, then go back to your video and repeat. Thank you for being so informative.
OMG, I have had my phone for a long time now and never knew what some of these settings meant, so I never used them. Thanks to your very detailed video, I will get a much better photo capturing and video recording experience with my Galaxy S21. Thanks again.
This was great. I have had my phone for a few months now and haven't really played around much. Wish i had the pro settings set up earlier today when I filmed my fire eating practice.
At 4:08 that's actually the main sensor cropping in at 10x because it can't focus that close. If you lift it up and focus on something further away, you'll see the lens switch. Just a little tid bit of info for ya ;-)
Thank you so much, Sir! I just started to make Videos for my New RUclips Channel. I did not know anything about Camera settings and have learned much from your Video. Thank you God Bless You!
Excellent and really useful step by step guide! I very much appreciate it. I do photography professionally but on family trips when I carry all the gear, it gets a bit tense :) I needed just the explanations you gave, I have tested everything and I will surprise my husband on our next long haul trip by carrying one lens with the big camera and this phone (well, and the drone). I will try everything tomorrow outside.
Very good tutorial. I have this phone for about an year now and I always used to auto settings. Recently I started making small videos and now I want know the features so I can make good quality videos. Thank you for indetailed tutorial
Hello, a big thank you for this video, I am French Canadian, I do not understand English. But I listened and especially watched what you were doing. I made the adjustments like you. For the first time, I will make the adjustments along the way, I just received and took some photo that I don't really like. Me, who is used to a Z 6 and a 24-70 2.8. . Thank you again! You should make a video in French. P.S. I forgot, in the menu I can't find Shuter sound. I have those above and above.
Omg, thank you! My pictures came out "hazey" when you zoom on an already taken photo when taking macro shots, but the 3:4 mode fixed it! 😁😁😁 I couldn't for the life of me figure out why the camera had this weird effect to it even when I had the phone on a tripod
Thanks bro, you saved me 🙌 I just got this phone for shooting podcast and i started getting mad, because video quality was bad... But now i now about this cool features and i will use then in future. Once again thank you 🙌🙌
When you first went into video, you said overall the best is going to be UHD at 30fps (both selected and spoken) and then a few seconds later you set it to 60 without saying anything. Was 60 your actual recommendation?
Thank you so much for this informative video. Have struggled taking photos & videos of performances, sports, etc. Learning the camera settings gives me more control and power to shoot better content. Most appreciated.
Love your videos man! I typically prefer UHD 30, you can still change lenses while rolling, at 60fps you're limited to whichever lens you chose before hitting record.
Could you clarify the following? At 7:30 you say that you recommend UHD 30 and then you switch to UHD 60 a bit later. Which of the two is recommended? Many thanks, great video.
can't speak for him but 4k30 is visually better looking, the file size is smaller, and the natural motion blur looks more cinematic, but 4k60 has 60 frames every second. Personally if I am recording people or pets I leave it on 4k30 and if I am filming something faster like maybe some cars or a roller coaster I would switch it to 4k60.
Something I have noticed is that if you turn of vibration feedback and shutter sound the shutter delay/shutter lag is reduced significantly :D Try it out sometime.
Thank you so much for your most informative advice and demonstration and such easy listening voice, really enjoyed this and so looking forward to taking my camera out to take photos now that I know how to use it properly. 😁
Great video that saves us a lot of time. Thx. What I dislike is taking good sharp pics and losing quality when sending them via text. But I imagine it's a carrier issue. And...is there anyway of shutting off the selfie button? Too often it is released as I'm taking a pic and the shot is lost.
I would love to see you demonstrated in real life scenarios each camera feature you're explaining.
Same thing. Thats why Im in youtube, to see demonstrations
If you haven't already, I recommend you also watch Jonathan Casey since he goes more into detail.
I am always looking for some extra help in a lot of different things when it comes to playing with my camera. Are you the same as me.

This was amazing! I have had this camera and had no idea what it does and does so well. Thank you.

Would like to know this too. Contradictory and confusing.
Set it at 60. Much better
I always just use 60fps. It still looks good, and you get a much more realistic and smoother video.
Thanks 😊
So, I should set both video and pro vide to UHD 60 ?
The best demo yet, thank you.
Thanks a lot buddy, you really really improved my overall experience and now I feel like a pro when shooting videos or photos. All the best!!!
