This is a cautionary tale of why an author should always have an end game in mind, and a reasonable path to get there.
"reasonable" being the most important word here.
Man, I believe she even had the end in mind. This was the final, Hina and Natsuou. The big issue is that she developed Rui and Natsuo too much. Maybe it was rushed by the publisher to put an end to the plot and there was no time to develop it further. It can only be this. Who in their right mind would make such a bad ending? Or else her only goal was to SHOCK, which was the downfall of Game of Thrones, for example.

this manga made my mental age developed faster than it should be
I failed semester that year because I thought it would be great to read manga and get ahead of anime. This is not a joke, I was contemplating so much about the ending and scenarios which were going inside this shitty manga that I wasn't attending my college even the gym. The constant feeling of nothingness i felt i couldn't describe. I gave up on anime all together from then on. Life was good when i was a kid and used to watch naruto

I've never read the manga and even I can't believe the ending. It has more twists than a Spanish soap opera.
You are perfectly right. It is simply astonishing.
And the real problem with this manga is not the "endgame" but the messages that it tries to convey in the ending (which all pop out of nowhere on the last 6 or so chapters). Stuff like:
- a kid can be considered a consolation prize for not marrying the person you love;
- it is a OK for a father to have his 8-year-old daughter leaving his house to have more privacy when having sex with his new wife (who is also her auntie);
- it is funny to see a 5-year-old kid strecthing and massaging a comatose body (I do not even understand how you can put that in a manga);
- it is a OK to start a relationship with a person in a (potentially irreversible) vegetative state;
- it is romantic to propose to a person in a (potentially irreversible) vegetative state;
- growing together as a couple and creating a strong bond overcoming problems (NatsuoxRui) is irrelevant in the face of fate (NatsuoxHina). Love is just an expression of one’s fate;
- pure love means sacrificing your life for somebody that does not even know you are in love with them (the important aspect is that you inform the bartender about it though);
- pure love also means that you withold important information from the person you love so that person does not get worried (like when Hina gets informed by Kiriya that Okonugi is trying to destroy Natsuo’s carreer but she does not tell anything to him… probably because she thinks he is a kid that cannot handle to know the truth);
- loving someone means that, when you are about to marry that someone and are pregnant with his child, you try to have him starting a relationship with someone else (coincidentally in a potentially irreversible vegetative state) because that person loves him more than you do (according to the bartender).
- if you are a guy who is about to get married and your fianceè is expecting your child but you discover that there might be somebody who loves you more than her (according to the bartender) it is OK to dump her... and if she really loves you she should be happy for you 😳.
I mean, each of this messages would be already bad by itself but if you bundle them together what you get is a flaming trash cannon. It is hard to believe that somebody wrote it.

This seemed like the perfect opportunity for the protagonist to actually have a harem.
Unlike most harem stories, we actually have followed all 3 of these characters from the beginning. They each care about the others and want for each other to be happy. Their parents were already aware of the love triangle between them.

I was having a rollercoaster of feels, so I checked the internet to see who he would end up with in the end. It said Rui and I was relieved, yet several hours and like 70 chapters later it ended up not being her. I nearly threw my phone to the floor in anguish. Proceeding to vent my frustrations to friends who haven't read the story at all.
I was having a frustation too when reading this (plus i did a gap year to get top national university and then it become really devastating). The author could have gone the better story with Hina's spin off for making her happy. So we could get Rui x Natsuo as a happy couple, and Hina with her development and her new love journey.
It has taken me 9 months to finally watch this video thank you gigguk
