I had my make or break moment when a drunk bloke walk right into the road in front of me, I had to break, but not too harshly, me and the examiner had a little joke about it considering it was 2pm on a weekday when I had my test. I believed I had failed because of this but I wasn’t sure so I kept telling myself to forget about it and carry on. I passed my test, so no matter what happens on your test just carry on and make the examiner think you’re confident.
I went to pull out at an island, to me it felt like the car moved a lot but the examiner didn't even notice it. I think everything's exaggerated in the moment. Ended up passing with zero minor faults! Definitely think people shouldn't dwell and like you say, carry on and forget it happened as once it's done, it's done and nothing will change it, but that's easier said than done unfortunately! 😂🙈
@@Samantha-lu6ht I literally took deep breathes to try to keep myself calm, I mainly had to do it when during my test I was thinking about what the examiner was doing and if I’d already failed or not, so I had to tell myself a few times to take a deep breathe and just carry on and focus on what I’m doing at that moment and not what’s just happened…it worked though 😊
You’re so kind and positive from your heart as an instructor, you’re truly great at your job. I’m currently learning to drive but I think i’m the future I’d like a career being a driving instructor; do you have any advice?
I've passed my driving test today 🤩, Thank you Aman, your videos was really helpful, it made me to learn new things which i didn't knew before, will continue to watch more:)
Loved watching this series so far. Watching Millie learn to drive is very inspiring. Can relate with the nerves as for some reason I always get nervous on the build up to my driving lessons and have been very anxious especially when roads are busy and I'm waiting for long periods at traffic lights. Luckily I deal with those kind of situations way better than when I first started 😅
I passed yesterday, first test, one minor! these videos are so helpful so that you can see others make the mistakes so you never have to 😂 I will defo be recommending this chanel to anyone I know learning
They allow you to take children with you on a driving test, lol. Seriously though well done, impressive. I picked up 5 minors - the car was a little crowded. Passed, but when I got home my first thought wasn't the pass, it was about the five mistakes I'd made, lol
@@emilyl7659 I wish I had some tips for you. You obviously have the necessary skills, now its just proving that during a 40 minute ride. Just go out there and give it your best shot. As for the nerves thing, I feel for you. I passed in 2019 and I still get nervous. Very best of luck next week.
Just passed my driving test on my third attempt with 2 minor faults. I have been binge watching your mock test videos for hours and I have to say they have helped me immensely. Thanks a lot!
nerves got to me on my first test, absolutely devastating... Was my worst drive in a long time! Hoping to get a cancellation soon so I can do it when the nerves hopefully won't be as bad, as it'll be fresher, if that makes sense? anyway, Millie drives really well overall! She'll be ready in no time!
Being from Belgium, I am pretty surprised by the traffic rules that exist in the UK. From the roundabouts, with each seeming to have a different exit pattern, to the right of way rules which rely on courtesy more than anything else (e.g. the intersection where you get stuck halfway hoping others give way is a big no here) and if you add driving on the other side of the road, I think I am not yet ready to drive in the UK ! 🤣 Pretty nice videos series though, helps me understand a bit better how it works there ! 👍😉
Had my test today in Nottingham and passed with five minors. Thanks for posting these videos, I've been watching them for weeks leading up to today which has definitely helped a lot. My advice for any one with a test coming up soon is try to stay calm, don't let one mistake get the best of you. The examiner was really friendly and kept talking and laughing with me, which goes to show that they aren't as big and scary as we often think ❤
Milli is so cute, Stay confident Milli you are sitting with Amen You will be a shining Driver with her . You are doing well Milli 👏👏👏 Eat banana before you start ur drive 😊

Well done Millie. You handled your nerves perfectly. Random question Aman where did you get your top from? Also love your videos, they are so helpful ❤
i’m a bit confused as when she pulls up on the left hand side she doesn’t do a blind spot check over her shoulder to the pavement where pedestrians could be so why wouldn’t that be a fault as i see other people even failing for that
This isn’t necessary as we are moving into the road and the main checks are just towards the road A hazard isn’t he left blindspot won’t really affect us as we are moving away from it This will not be counted as a fault But you can just do a 6 point check if you want Wouldn’t be marked down
Hello Aman, Just curious, how much video do you shoot for a 30 minute video and how long would you say you spend on editing? Do you enjoy editing or is it a pain?
Millie's, awareness of other vehicles, not aware of vehicles without checking the mirrors, and slow to act, when at junction, roundabout, and lane discipline. She should be alright, having address those issues.😌
Awe bless Millie ❤ she def gonna pass her actual test shes really good. But sooooo nervous. Lol like that part when she told her instructor "are you sure?" 😅 Aman could be like "emmm I guess???!!!" 😂😂❤
When waiting to pass the red bus on the two way road it states you should indicate to pass. Would this not be confusing for other road uses? Is this indication necessary when passing vehicles on the left?
She never checked the right blind spot on starting the reversing. She defo doing well She well defo get there. :) hope I can too but I don't think my driving instructor does mock tests.

The scenario shown both the cyclist and ourselves are on the main road. This is important as both the cyclist and ourselves are going straight ahead. Cars will not be pulling out here as we are on the main road and they would be emerging from side roads. If we are approaching this cross roads as well as the cyclist but we were both approaching from a side road and crossing the main road towards the other side road or turning left or right it would be sensible to stop at the Give Way line and let the cyclist proceed first so we know what they are doing and let them get ahead so we can concentrate on traffic on the main road before we proceed.

I don't think it's a legal requirement to slow down for a speed bump, but it's better if you do.
