Why do you tune flat? It sounds amazing, wondering if the flat tuning has something to do with it... besides the chops, of course!!!
I just prefer Eb tuning, and the band I play in tunes to Eb as well.
Hi...could I ask if you had any major tuning issues before you fitted the bricksbiggsfix? I've just purchased the same guitar it's got to be the worst guitar I've ever had for tuning stability which is a shame because it feels looks and sounds great. I'm thinking of fitting a hardtail it's that bad. Kind Regards Steve.
Mine didn’t seem any worse than any other Bigsby guitar, but they usually aren’t great for tuning stability…the BBF would help as would a GraphTech bridge with their saddles which I do also for Bigsby guitars.
Also check how tight the screws are that bolt the Bigsby too the guitar…the arm should drop easily (without strings on) when you lift it up and let go…if it doesn’t loosen the screws slightly until it does. Any binding will hurt tuning as well.

I've only got to fart near mine and it goes out of tune never mind when I touch the wiggle stick🤦♂️ I'm going to mod it with an old g stamp tailpiece I've had around for years...change the tuners like you did and hope for the best🙏Thanks again for the reply and advice.
