Welcome to France! I hope you all enjoy our first episode in Southern France, we have some incredible tours around Europe coming soon! Also be sure to check our tour in Istanbul on my 2nd channel Enes Plus!
Cant wait to see more 👍😉
I live in Europe and it refreshing to see house tours in english
@@Modelo646 same here dude
In future please think of India also because I'm 100% sure everyone will love the tour of Antilia... which is one of the most expensive in the world.
I'm curious how did you enter the property, through the garage? I'm also curious if you and the team have all been vaccinated to why you're all touring outside of U.S.A?
It's a beautiful piece of property, in one of the beautiful parts of the World, France 💜
i'm french and i honestly didn't think i would see a french house on this channel. I hope you're going to tour other french houses because we have some amazing house styles that you have never seen.
more mansions from France coming soon :)
Moi aussi, quand j'ai entendu Aix-en-Provence sortir de la bouche d'Enes... j'ai fait un "WHAT WTF " !!
Alors je ne suis pas seule
Why I love Enes's videos. He is trying to show the best and the most important of the houses. He is trying to learn us. The garden and designe, the architecture and the comfort. The new technology and solutions.
@@kseniaalia1530 exactly
He is touring the world and showing us the most impressive houses out there. This is just amazing.
These modern houses all looks the same
Thank you so much!
@@EnesYilmazer Simply stunning!!! Thank you for so any amazing tours! I'm glad I subscribed to your channel ( when you only had 300 subs, I knew you would be successful ) and the videos get better and better. Cheers!
Ya..How difficult (Sic) .. Please allow me the same arduous labor..🤪😂😂😂
Too much space empty
This style is definitely not for everyone, but I absolutely love it. The naked concrete, the open roofs with all that light from above is so peaceful.
I wish we could have smaller and more affordable houses with this kind of architectural style and shapes.
“we gotta turn on that water”
“no”
We just witnessed their first fight
it was bound to happen. That water is a real problem 😒
😂😂😂
this happens in every house lol
LOL!
I don’t know how, but the quality just gets better and better!

South of France just around the corner nice to see that there are also beautiful houses here.
there sure are :)
I want Mikey to keep talking, I'm a fan of his additions
thanks for the feedback!
@Nintendo guy who just watches vids for help The offensive bigmouth who got his recalcitrant ass deleted.
agreed
Enes, I am an architectural designer and I just love your videos. Your interactions with Mikey makes it feel as if you are interacting with your audience, which is great. Keep it up bro!
Its called part of the show.
I think my favourite part is how the glass doors open to the beautiful views of concrete walls
LOL, i know...what the heck is up with that?
@@lauriec7435 Who wants to look at that 🤷♂️. Such a shame
Agreed
It’s the World’s poshest prison.
I know you are thanking us for following you and making it happen, but man, this is mutual. What you do with your content is provide us with architectural and building ideas we could seldom see in real life. It is because of people like yourself that RUclips is much better than TV. Just keep doing what you're doing man. Your knowledge and commentary and Mickey's camera are a perfect fit. Thank you!
really appreciate it! more to come!
I love mikey asking to open every single faucet in every single home you tour 😂😂
LOL! he just wants to show off all the cool water fixtures
He also kinds of give the experience maybe I'll be casting this on a 4k curve tv with sound systems and wear virtual reality for better experience.. Lol
The designer of this house has designed themself into a concrete bunker! The time to stop designing was just after the main floor/living. From there on there is only windowless walled-in rooms fit for a millionaire prepper or an oligarch with a price on his head, the children's room was great - a luxury concertation camp barracks!
It's an absurd house. The countryside is wonderful but this house lock you up between concrete walls.
"A price on his head" 😂😂😂😂😂 I couldn't have imagined a more perfect description of this house's personality
thanks for sharing your thoughts on this house!
bunker 😂 they have prepared for zombie attack
Agree, while the kitchen is made/arranged with the best materials, it is inside and looks like a space ship. No view to the outside. There are some designs, i.e. from Brazil, where the concrete walls are covered with plants and every room is connected to the outside (jungle).
So basically, your living room and one bedroom look out onto a view. Every other room looks onto a concrete wall. What a weird house.
this, feels like a prison.
@@777RY Exactly what I was thinking also
Bulletproof
Me too. Who wants to look out a huge glass window to see an equally huge concrete wall? Makes no sense to me, especially in the second floor bedrooms where the view would have been beautiful.
Given the security features, I think the closed off aspect of the rooms is very intentional. This house was built for someone who is terrified (or paranoid) of intruders.
I'm surprised this bunker wasn't equipped with machine-gun slits.
Riiight? Wtf this is like a zombie apocalypse home. The lack of windows, Claustrophobic halls and the moat…I mean pool are disturbing. The kids’ room is like an Egyptian tomb. Though beautiful, this house is disturbing. I feel really sorry for people who feel the need to live like this.
This is a piece of art. Focus on the positives
Exactly - it screams bunker! A compound, panic room living. Why would I want to wake up in my king size bed and stare at a massive concrete wall?
Sorry, but when I saw the "children's room", somehow everything was clear to me! 8 beds but no space for toys? nowhere anything for children?? then the "children's room" completely without windows, so not visible from the outside, just like every single bedroom?? there I ask myself for whom such a house is built? then still the possibility to close it so that it would withstand any zombie apocalypse... so it becomes clear to me, who could be interested in so much "privacy"
@@elsaandnoah unless you don't want anyone to have even the slightest chance of seeing what (or with whom) you're up to! i'm going to be sick! hope all beings for whom it was originally intended are behind bars by now! Enes, I love your channel, absolute relaxation to look at all the great houses, but what is (an)offered here is clear if you are familiar with these topics! You really have the gift to present even such a house still as stunning!
this house is truly phenomenal. I really love the design. All of the glass, the open design, the sunken seating area, the privacy, it is just so very beautiful
The dusk shots always make the houses 10x more beautiful
The music at the beginning with the b-roll and drone shots always gives me the chills/goosebumps. You guys are doing things right!
thank you :)
I love the fact you’re going so diverse. Was highly impressed with the penthouse in Turkey. Great going buddy
Thanks mate!
Penthouse? You mean the yacht.
@@MrYounis26 ruclips.net/video/s9zUqiXAjms/видео.html
I love the privacy this home provides. Thanks to the presenter and cameraman.
our pleasure! glad you like the property!
This is one of the amazing homes I have seen, simple yet to elegant! So, that proves it, simplicity is not that simple to achieve!
it's a good one!
I love the common places but man... the kitchens without windows and bedrooms without views. WHY?
Overall so claustrophobic...
thanks for sharing your thoughts on this house!
loving the variety now . man’s international! think i love this one already
Thank you :)
Right?! They've gone global.
Love your channel, love the attention to detail and your enthusiasm about the actual home …. I’ve tried watching other channels and the homes just don’t draw you in the same way without that detailed connection. Both of you do an incredible job … your success is well earned
we're honored! thanks for the support!
This home is absolutely stunning. I love how they did 3 kitchens in this home. Something kinda of unique in a home at this price point. The staircase is also so different in the design. Again another amazing addition to all the homes you've toured.
The way that the wood-framed columns feature frames that tree in the distance is a perfect touch.
Well said!
I live for Mikey asking for taps to be turned on😂😂 “you know we gotta turn that on”
lol
LOL .. I REALLY WANTED to see that tub turn on !
@@sharonolsen6579 same! I was crushed when he was turned down!
seriously, turn the damn tub on
Once I saw the kitchen, I had to tap out. I spend much of my day in the kitchen -- sipping coffee, eating, socializing (and cleaning). To imagine spending time under a "light box" in a narrow hallway is like something out of 1984.
Every time I think I have seen my favourite tour on this channel Enes and Mike find a 'new' favourite. 6:40 Seriously... Look at that space with the views of the woodland!
I'm not a minimalist by any means. I'm more of a mid century/industrial kinda guy. But this property is just gorgeous. And Mikey is right, something about white stone and light wood is just really beautiful. Happy to see you cover properties in Europe, Enes. That Istanbul penthouse was amazing and now France. Are you planning on covering properties in other European countries as well? Would love to see some in Italy, Germany and GB. :)
thank you! glad you like the houses we tour, more to come :)
the company that staged the property should be arrested :).
Gorgeous!!!! An awesome overpiced house with no windows
Like a prison...alcatraz...walls everywhere .and he say "amazing" lol
@@andybaubau5961 you have beautiful nature all around but almost every room is closed with a big wall
From every bedroom you have to look against a concrete wall. Why didn't they leave the concrete walls away on the master bedrooms on the top floor? With this way you could enjoy these amazing views from the two main bedrooms as well
Yeah, makes you feel like you are in a prison. Horrible design, imo. But some people might like it. Who knows.
fair enough
I think that the owner wanted to have a luxury bunker, because everything as been made to protect from the outside... The very thick windows that looks like 4 or 5 cm thick. All those shielded panels sealing the openings, this is why there is so few windows accessible. Only reinforced concret walls. Have you seen all those doors, at least 10cm thick. He sure really wanted to be able to keep anyone outside. I wouldn't be surprised it the air could be filtered. He must had his reasons.
@@YannR34 this home was built to sell and not for a special owner, otherweise Enes wouldn' t have made this video i think
@@sedapramheda4922 It could be the actual owner who now sell his home. But I think you are right because the home close to this one seems to be on the same style. Anyway it seems they built this home for people who look for a very high safety, because it's not usual.
I absolutely love this house. Not always the warmest feel but somehow has incredible finishes resulting in the feeling of a Home.
Omg yes! I love how you’re diversifying the channel going international and doing yacht tours. I really do appreciate y’alls hard work and all it takes to get things done behind the scenes. To see how far you guys have come in 2-3 years is amazing! Cheers to the future!
Thank you!
Damn!... Enes must really have the very best job in the world. Touring amazing architectural bliss in amazing locations round the world. It's so cool.
Thanks bud!
What a home!!!
Kudos to the engineers who worked to create that opening from the living area to the pool!
Thanks for bringing this to us!
Cheers,
Doc
I know a lot of people hate these boxy concrete homes but personally I actually like them...I like how clean and simple they look
As ever, you guys raise the standard for quality videos. But I can't love this house. Surely if you want the South of France lifestyle you want to live it, see it, feel it... and to immerse yourself in the landscape and the culture. Despite the nice outside areas, it really feels like a fortress that looks inwards. You could be literally anywhere. Also, it's cold. Concrete architecture doesn't need to be, but this is. Some richer wood tones would go some way to addressing that.
Thanks for the input
@@EnesYilmazer I just watched this episode. The owner is very minimalist in an atmosphere that is the opposite. As for the previous comment from goldfish, is it cold generally in the SOF?!
@@donyon6206 by cold he meant that the house design is very unwelcoming, not that it is cold in Southern France
this home looks like a fancy prison
YES! That's how I felt, hehehehe.
in minecraft
Absolutely loved this layout! So unique with all of the concrete and the patios and courtyards! So cool!
This is probably one of the most beautiful houses that I've seen in this channel, I always watch your videos but this, the Malibu Mansion, and the Lake Tahoe Mansion has struck me the most. All of it are just so breathtaking.
You simply cannot be serious!
Such a great house tour, come on Enes we'd love to know how the bathtub gets filled. Such an amazing tub 😍😍😍
Agreed
If you wanna have back pain maybe 😅 or does the tub come with some softer material to lay on?
Thank you Enes and Mikey, the first thing I noticed is the trees and shrubs, they help seat the house into its surrounds, I love minimalist modern designs, for me sometimes they can be a little stark particularly when surrounded closely by other houses of similar designs. The Green life has me excited about this house, it is a complete package to me.
happy to hear that! glad you like the house!
Omg your touring Europe 😩😩 so happy to hear this, honestly my fave real estate agent on here, nobody does it like you Enes!
i'm honored! glad you like our videos!
The setting is beautiful, but the house has all the romance of an empty office.
Being in the South Of France, lucky you💯. Contemporary is my favorite so it's beautiful. Love it,,,,🔥🧡🔥🤗
Thank you!
really cool looking house. But its nothing anybody would wanna life in. Its looks like an architect was having a lot of fun but wasnt thinking about anything else except "cool architecture"
Thanks for the input
I would love to live in this house, I would love nothing more than sitting by the pool drinking coffee in the evening.
was thinking the opposite, that the smaller scale of rooms and minimalist touch, would be MORE livable than some of the LA mansions (for me at least)
@Milchael I was thinking along the same lines.. but I realize everyone has their own idea of what would make a really awesome space to live in. Definitely not MY cup of tea, but that's what makes life and people so interesting .. Even when I don't particularly like the homes for whatever reason.. The tours are just SO INTERESTING .. !!
Haha this is 100% what I want life in.
I told you were the best and now the world know what I know,so bless you and congratulations on you and Mike's success, you earned it by being the best, God bless you I am so happy for you Enes and Mike !!!
Enes this is amazing, please continue doing house tours in France, I love it!
thank you! stay tuned :)
I absolutely love how Enes is doing amazing house tours in other countries!
He is doing fantastic in a new place, with a possibly different way of building houses!
Keep up the awesome work Enes!
Thank you!
I think this house was designed with security and protection in mind, it seems like it’s for people who are at risk of being assassinated. It’s one of the most interesting houses I’ve ever seen
No windows for top floor is very strange and it makes me kinda anxious. And then we have the first floor with everything opened. I think I could use 10m better than buying this house, if I had it lol
Thanks for the feedback!
it's just France !
The Brutalist architecture is stunning! The architect got just right. 👍❤
Yes indeed, the masterful opus of someone with severe paranoia.
This is the most exquisite property I’ve seen on your channel yet -- and that’s SAYING something! Thank you for all of beautiful views!

Stunning brilliant ( literally ) prismatic Architecture ...a true distilling leap ahead that one must greet with humble gratitude for it's life affirming Beauty .
International Enes and Mikey are killing the game. I haven’t read the comments yet but I suspect most people have no idea how exclusive that area is.

So happy to see you here in France touring a nice house ! Keep the good work Enes. Greets from France :)
Thank you so much!
Very interesting design ! I loved the outdour showers and the marble looks so warm ! I am glad to see something out of the ordinary
26:50 You nailed it. As Mikey put it, this is "true modern." I've never seen this in American architecture (yet).
I'm starting to be a total fangirl for enes
lol thanks
So fhe first thing you see in the morning is the concrete wall. It would be great to chill for 5-10min in the morning watching around before you go downstairs and we can see this house has a nice surrounding. They want to sell it as something nice and even better than having an open balcony. I'm introvert but man this is way too much, it makes me feel uncomfortable while even watching it.
Great channel and I like your videos very much. I like cheaper nice houses up till 20m but preferably 5m cause I like to see how inovative people can be and use the space they have. Sea or ocean view and it's a perfect house.
Be safe in your travels we appreciate you taking the time and showing whats out there
I love how he goto everywhere to show us these and he describes it PERFECTLY 👌
Absolutely amazing guys!! Can't wait to see what you bring us next week.. Greetings from Argentina
more to come!
I've been watching your channel for almost a year now and i gotta say i appreciate the work you put in the content🔥
Thank you so much!
Awesome minimalist with great thinking around security. A great lock up and go home within a golf course? stunning!!!
Mikey & co does a great job with the videos. They are super high quality and the cinematography is splendid
This place is absolutely stunning, but there’s also something eerily dark within these concrete walls. The lockdown features along with windowless rooms makes me wonder what really went on here. Nonetheless - love it. Great presentation as always Enes(and Mikey).
Zombie proof
Agree 100%. The views from the 2nd floor bedrooms would be amazing, but instead we have concrete patios. The size of the primary bedroom is awfully small in proportion to the overall house size as well.
As an Empathic person, the vibrations I got room to room was not pleasant. It was interesting to say the least, because I have never seen a house like that, but one has to wonder - WHY are they trying to keep people (IN) or people from the outside from SEEING anything in the home except for the pool and Livingroom area?
This is a safe house built to hide family members in an emergency. Note the table and two chairs in the subterranean level next to a treadmill. This is for the guards who watch over the children in the bunk beds. Enes forgot to mention that the glass that rises up from the floor in the master bedroom is bullet proof. They're trying to sell this property as a regular home but that is not what it was built for.
@@nomoreprospecting they have a window cover for intimate times
Thank you for your amazing and professional tours! Always a pleasure to follow your channel.
About the house, what a pitty with such a view to have so many high walls. Feels like a big luxuous prison.
thanks for the support and feedback!
It is amazing the strength of glass/plexiglass/resin. Water and the movement, then drill steel rods into it, science is amazing. I really like the simple lines of this home. I like a lot of the home's you show but always go back to less frills, but high end finishing. Thank You Team
Keep up the good work! Whole team is doing amazing job!

This is the most beautiful and well-thought-out house we have seen. Just gorgeous. And as an introvert, the privacy all throughout the house is phenomenal.
Well said!
Which makes the all glass pool kind of weird. Privacy all around except for when in the exhibionistic pool.
@@mluiga oh yeah i forgot about that.
“Most beautiful”? Really? It’s horrible. Cold and claustrophobic. When you feel you need to mostly move through the house sideways, the designers have failed.

A house without a single window in the middle of a magnificent view.. what a terrible contradiction this is..

I would have loved for these international tours if you would have dedicated a couple of minutes to introduce the geographic area you're in and some of the attractions and amenities in the area - like you did at the start of one of your Beverley Hills tours...time and deadlines permitting. Great content as always, and your French pronunciation was on point too.
we can definitely do that
Very cool, contemporary look with an outdoorsy feel at the same time
We love you Enes. Please keep making a great work!!
Bienvenue ! 🇫🇷🔥
thank you so much!
Interesting property. So much of it just feels cold and impractical, to me. Then there are parts I love about it. Doesn't feel like "home", but would be great vacation house. Thanks for bringing it to us. I'm loving the difference from what we expect here in the states.
Agreed! I was thinking the same
I'm with you. I really don't understand the second story bedrooms and the closed in patio. Doesn't make sense. The space reminds me of prison exercise yard. And no, that's not from actual experience.
If you've ever wanted to experience the fear submariners felt during wartimes, just sleep in the basement bedroom containing no windows and the glass panel into the pool.
I agree 🤷♀️
Thanks for the input
I like the two upstairs bedrooms and the bedroom with the pool window more than I do the primary bedroom. Just something about the solitary nature of them that just resonates with me.
The marble in the bathrooms is beautiful! The bedrooms could be more spacious, but the outdoor patios are a great touch. Thanks for sharing! ❤
