I did the green seasoning u did a video on, didn't quite have sum of the ingredients like parsley & olive oil but worked with what I had. I can say it smelt amazing & I seasoned my chicken to oven jerk & my beef to pot roast with it & they are marinating until Christmas morning I put them in the oven
