No guarantees that other teams do not improve as well next year, Chelsea, Man U and perhaps Spurs will be looking to get better and who knows what might happen at LFC with a new coach. You have to win it when it is your time and in your hands.

@@ObviouslyKieran You easily forget the state we were in, there are clubs in the league that spent more than us and are behind us, we are fighting a team that spent probably half of the money we've spent only on defenders in the past years. I don't even want to speak about the midfield or front three. Plus they have a world class coach and we have somebody in his first stint. We need to have a strong summer and we go again. He needs to get the missing players and win something if he doesn't we will have part ways with him but he should get one more season

I've seem disasters and triumph over the years, seen world class like Bergkamp and the opposite in jenson, but now I trust in arteta I love arsenal now we on the right track again, with all your influence, I have always felt we need to use our home matches with passion more. I just watch the semi finals of the champs league all four teams home support was full of colour in home colours ie dortmund, all wore yellow shirts and scarves, I felt it gave superb atmosphere, can you help get all our home support to be in red shirts, flags scarves. The atmosphere would be amazing. Keep loving arsenal it's comes good always, the Mickley Thomas moments always stay in my mind when I feel low, and all those spurs fans my age have never seen there team win the league, your fan cam after utd

It's hard to win against Pep's City, because you need to be PERFECT all the season. Problem it's very hard to be PERFECT, especially for Arsenal, when we were not elite in last 15 years.

You've always talked so much sense and held the club to the standards it should always stand up to. Every Arsenal fan should be proud to have you to represent our club, and if every one of them was like you, Arsenal would be unstoppable. Love for the love big man, COYG.
We cant have success without progress. We didnt win it but we ironed out a lot of mistakes and broke a lot of long term curses, we never lost head to head with our rivals and we had the best defence this season. The lads have to take the pain and use it for motivation next season. We go again.

Here's the thing City had a bad season by their standards KDB was out half the season and Rodri was suspended 2 of the 3 losses they had and musiala along with that winger from Girona are probably coming to City along with whoever else Pep decides he wants

@@Emanuel-bm9vnit doesn’t matter what Villa does at home, they got slapped up by every big team away, eg city slapped them up 5-1, after their 2-0 win at Emirates, they huffed & puffed in every game after that. Losing to Villa at home in GW33 was criminal. That lost us the title.
Thing is we didn't even need to be perfect, we just had to beat either West ham or Aston Villa at home, 2 games we were favourites for, and what City do doesn't matter. The game's the game unfortunately 😞and Pep's raised the bar, 2 slip ups at home(4 if you include Fulham and spurs) won't cut it anymore

I honestly believed after the villa loss we had dropped one too many games to win the league but I didn’t expect us to cruise so much for the run in. I honestly thought both city and arsenal would win their remaining games. But I’m delighted with our reaction and form since villa.

We actually played well against Man City. Had we played properly against Woolwich this would all be moot anyway.
Accept it you bottled it again and move on to bottling it next year.
Was hoping Spurs would do us a favour but ultimately if we miss out it's down to the results WE either got or didn't this season that made the difference and we just couldn't keep up with City. Still very proud of my club and taking it to the final day. Am also excited to see what we do in the Summer and how we can improve on what we've done this time around.
The most important thing, we’re heading in the right direction, most other teams can’t say that at the moment. All those times when we were stuck in the mud, we’re now back challenging with a team that shows fight and passion for the badge. Still proud of the team regardless.

If we had a proper striker this season, we'd have won it. So many times we had lots of chances with no clinical number 9. I really hope we bring in someone who can help us reach the next level.
Striker winger CM or CDM and left back. With these next season we need to aim for 90+ points. Minimum 30 wins. Maximum 3 losses.

I'm proud of the team, and other should to. We fight to the last day, we finally reached champion league quarter final again, and we won community shield against city. And most important thing we have proved that last season is not a flux, we here for the challenge and we'll do it again next season hopefully stronger. Who knows what we will achieve next season.
