On a computer there is a refresh button on the browser, on your phone just pull the screen down, on a firestick just open the side column and switch between movies and tv shows
On android 'force stop' . Works in the app's setting. On the Nvidia shield, press home button twice, and close down the Netflix app, and go back to ru he screen and start Netflix again.
