Kinloch has always been desirable and that hasn't changed. Prices in RVA are going back up again in part due to lack of inventory which pushes prices higher with multiple offers, and because of relocation. So many people are moving here due to affordability which is always relative to where you are coming from. Many buyers are moving from more expensive areas and see our prices as a deal and that continues to move the market in RVA upward. We are about to do a video about what's going on in the real estate market and give you inside information on a couple of listings we have had, and a couple of homes we have gotten under contract as well as a few others that we didn't win. Those HOA fees in Kinloch are insane. I can pay someone to cut my grass for a lot less. Nice area and location. But those fees are ridiculous.
