When I saw her performing at the billboards I wondered how old is paula abdul? And I thought to myself she's gotta be 41, 42. Then I went to Google and found out she's 56! I was like what! ! ! She moves better than a teenager
It's not how good she is; it's where she came from. She had to WORK to get her physique back. She probably had so much rust at 50. Imagine doing this at 20 then having to do this 30 years later, the same. Amazing Paula.

The woman is like what over 60 now? not bad for a woman of her age .. and to still be dancing like that and wearing those costumes is pretty impressive ...my only complaint would be that I hope she didn’t lip sync the entire show , I get it when singers need to to rest their vocals during maybe one song so yeah that’s fine but it was pretty obvious she wasn’t totally singing here .., she’s still a great dancer though!
