0:30 Simon Ehammer is a Decathlete, so he also trains for the 100m. It's just that he has better chances in the long jump for international competitions for getting a medal, but he prefers the decathlon.
I think I get what you mean, but I honestly think it is interesting. I heard that the short hurdles, especially for the men, does not have great crossover with the 100m, compared to 400mH and 400m. The movement is just too different. However, I still think they did very well. 9.99 is world class and it is possible that Holloway could his 10.21 significantly with a small amount of targeted training (just a guess).
Mo Farah running his 100m PR is almost the same pace of him 5km 😂😂😂🎉❤
He was much faster at his Prime as he closed the last 100m of the 5k faster than that, remember his sub 51s final lap in a 5km race.
That's faster on average for every 100m than this race lol
@jojolords4523 this was in 2012 when he was double olympic champion so that's as prime as it gets lol
Michael Norman also trained for 100m, Rai Benjamin used also to do 200m in his younger years.

WE JUST GONNA SKIP THAT ANTHONY JOSHUA WAS IN THAT RACE?
Omar is crazy
including 110mH athletes seems a little bit wrong to me

100m hurldes athletes aren't as fast over 100m
2:06 sooo we just gonna ignore the casual sub 10
Bruh Damian Warner (Yes the second one you wrote his name wrong) is a decathlete he is not a non sprinter.
Pretty sure he’s not talking about damian warner here lol, stop embarrassing yourself.
He was talking about Simon Ehammer, because he usually competes in the long jump on the international stage.
But 400m is also a sprint
True. The title should've been non 100m sprinters.
I didn't expect to see Anthony Joshua clock 11.53
For a heavyweight that's a remarkable time indeed, I was surprised when I heard his name goddamn 👏🏻
