I hope to see more competitions like these. Many people probably underestimate pole vaulters, but they are well-trained throughout the body and often do surprisingly well in various sports.

In the first presentation of Mondo he said ”he is from Sweden, based in the US”. It is the opposite though. Mondo is from US but based in Sweden today. Fun race anyway! 🇸🇪🙋♀️🇳🇴
Why does Karsten look different to me from one pic to the next? Something must be up with my eyes or something that pic looked like a different person to me. SMH nah he’s world record 400mh holder and a handsome young man. But he got smoked on this day

Back in high school, we hard a pole vaulter, who also did high jump and 400meters
For reference, in 1932 this would have been a world record.
