- The National Hurricane Center has decreased the chances of development for a tropical wave located south of the Dominican Republic and Haiti. It is projected to continue its path towards Belize and the Yucatán Peninsula.
On the other hand, there are two tropical waves between the Caribbean and Africa with low chances of development. The University of Colorado projects that the upcoming weeks will be inactive, but this could change by the end of September.

Hurricane season is over.
what a bust
@TWCPepsi peak of the hurricane season starts this month so u might be surprised what could happen
Speaking as someone from New Orleans who lived thru Katrina and Ida, people who wish for hurricanes are gross.
@@TWCPepsi what bust? You prefer people's houses get devastated & people lose their lives?
@@isocarboxazid yep
I read that the hot, moist equatorial African air is moving northward instead of moving West into the Atlantic, and will cause quite a bit of rain in the Sahara.
That weather blob doesn't look like 30 percent to me.
It looks even better than when it was given a 50% chance
i don't understand why a university in Colorado is doing atlantic hurricane predictions because they have been very wrong for the past few years
