I think this is easiest, fastest and safe way to make Water Valve Switch.
It can be used in Steampunk table lamp or any other cool projects.

Nice. I used a gate valve and attached a rotary switch to a washer and glued it to the threaded end of a 1 inch by 3 quarter inch bushing. It worked perfectly.
