I do not believe Deadpool is anywhere near that strong. He is probably ranked up with Captain America and Batman at Max human strength. You forgot one thing: His greatest superpower is being a believable character. He does not fight for the sake of "I'mma be the good guy" nor to "conquer the world" or anything. His feelings and mixed attributes are psychologically reasonable, when you consider his backstory, cancer, former jobs and so on. Also he calls himself out as an asshole and non-hero, while he often protects the weaker, never strikes harmless persons etc. In the comics he even donates his own organs, gives money to those in need and all he does is killing his enemies in a dreadful but visually amazing way. His humour is top stuff, but he ain't became a joke himself. More of those heroes and more DP for the people I'd say.
