Thanos, it was revealed Thanos cursed Deadpool with absolute immortality to keep him away from Lady Death, but that Thanos at ANY time he wants can take that curse away, allowing Deadpool's healing factor to be over-tasked if he takes enough damage.

Slade) in his first appearance on the highly-successful RUclips original series Death Battle.
You should really define what you're considering weakness to be. the likes of kittens would slow him down a little but would hardly give anyone a chance to kill him. also the him not really liking chimichangas is basically been retconned since he's literally professed his love for them since that one line in cable and deadpool.

They put a Ryan Reynolds mask on his stunt double and sewed his mouth shut to steer away from having to give him any new dialogue that would have to be recorded. Also, it made quite the scathing insult to R.R. considering his natural talkativeness and how he was slammed my the director & writers for expressing his thoughts & concerns about the project. As it turns out, Reynolds was right and the end of the movie was atrocious.
