Caffeo® Solo® & Perfect Milk - Tutorial: descaling bean to cup coffee machine

It’s been a two days trying to descaling these machine, never pass the third step, I don’t know what to do. I do the same steps as showed in the video but the descaling program doesn’t start. Already wasted one bottle of anti cal product

The descaling keeps blinking and if I switched of to steam it just stays idle without draining the solution.. I'm stuck with this step!!!

Duración 30 minutos
1.Empieza el programa:
-Apagar la máquina,
retira el filtro,
-Presiona el botón "dispensar vapor" y "apagado y encendido" a la vez por 3 segundos.
2. Preparación:
-Vacíe la bandeja recogegotas y el depósito de posos de café.
-Reemplace la bandeja de goteo.
-Coloque el recipiente de posos de café debajo del Capuchino.
-Gire el regulador giratorio a la posición "Agua caliente"
3. Vierta el descalcificador:
-"recomendación"
-Retirar y vaciar el depósito de agua.
-Pon 375 ml de agua y 125 de descalcificador.
-Ponlo en su sitio.
-Presiona el botón de "dispensar vapor".
- Espera 15 minutos.
4.Descalcificar el capuchino:
-Gire el regulador giratorio en el sentido de las agujas del reloj para abrir.
-Espera 10 minutos.
5.Vaciar el contenedor:
-Vacíe la bandeja recogegotas y el depósito de posos de café.
-Reemplace la bandeja de goteo.
-Coloque el recipiente de posos de café debajo del Capuchino.
6.Llenar el tanque de agua:
-Retira el tanque de agua, vacialó y lavalo.
-Llene y reemplace el tanque de agua.
-Pongalo en su sitio.
-Presiona el botón "dispensar vapor"
-Espera 5 minutos.
7. Enjuague el sistema de agua:
-Gire el regulador giratorio en sentido antihorario para cerrar.
8.Termina el programa:
-Vacíe y vuelva a colocar la bandeja de goteo y el recipiente de posos de café.
-Inserta el filtro.
Y ya estaría todo listo.

Melitta- which is correct, the manual or the video as they are not the same for the descaling process?

Use the video. The manual is a reference guide but video it shows step by step. I used the video every time the machine needs cleaning/ descaling.

I've just done this on mine, and it's still showing the descaling symbol after I've done it all. I watched this video and did EXACTLY what this video shows and it did not use all the liquid when descaling, did not produce "hot water" from the cappuccinatore (only steam) and yeah its still showing descaling symbol after. Caffeo solo & perfect milk, purchased in October 2023.

Hello. Why in my machine never show the step 4 after 15 minute it is still do the same… i always by myself turn this for descaling the cappuccinatore…
