Great informative video and beautiful scenery. I started riding my motorcycle on the paved shoulders of the highways here in North America if the traffic is super slow (under 20 mph), or stop and go, or stopped completely on the interstates. I usually only do 10-20 mph over the existing flow to keep my engine cool and also so I do not cook in the sun. On one trip this summer I road for 45 minutes at 40-45 mph in stopped traffic passing motorcycles, cars, and transport trucks. It was quite unreal really. Some of the other motorcyclists who I passed got the idea and followed me. I could not imagine sitting in 90F traffic for hours on my Motorcycle. A trick I do is put my credit card in my Medical pocket on the left hand forearm of my Klim motorcycle jacket. Without taking it out of the pocket I can swipe for gas, food, and toll booths without the hassle of taking off my gloves, pulling it out, dropping it, loosing it, putting it back in, putting my gloves back on, or forgetting it. (You can use this hint if you want in an upcoming helpful tricks video).
Loving your videos; your rides are captivating. 🌄 How about shedding light on your fatigue management techniques and fitness practices during long motorcycle trips? Excited to know!
I was so exhausted on this trip because my wife rides so fast on pavement I was just trying to catch up most of the time. Thanks for your kind words. I have been thinking of doing a video on fitness, but I’m not that fit. Also, I put so much effort into my channel and came really close to monetizing but moved my house and got busy doing other things.
STUNNING!!!
