  • I've had some troubles in finding the best ways to wire a sub into a 2006 Altima. Figured I'd make a video to show everyone how I did it, and I hope this will help you save a few hours of wasted time finding a hole in the firewall.

@Eli it went great the hardest part was routing the 4awg through the main gromit but once I got it it was easy install

Dunno if you still have this car, but grounding under a seat in general isn't recommended. The rear deck has a stock grounding point where the factory amp would ground to. Just use that.

Did you have any issues with voltage drop? i have a 08 and ran 0 gauge power wire from the battery thru the fire wall to the back and cant get over 12.57 volts even after a new alternator install

No ours had great power, was a single 10" kicker sub with 6 gauge power wire that came with the kit. Not sure what could be causing the voltage drop maybe a bad ground?

Nope it was with a new aftermarket deck and install kit! All of the subwoofer wiring came in a seperate kit.
