When I booked mg astor smart variant, I also had gone through all variant wise features and had come to the conclusion that Smart is the most value for money variant. Because in Indian climate conditions, skyroof is not that much useful. Thanks for this review which proves that I was right in my selection. Now waiting for my vehicle delivery in Q1 2022.

Both the cars are good in their forte. MG Astor is a well-balanced, compact SUV with a good mix of design, quality, performance, and safety. A solid contender in the segment. Whereas, the Kia Seltos HT is powered by a 1497 cc engine which is available with a Manual transmission. The 1497 cc engine puts out 113.43bhp@6300rpm of power and 144nm@4500rpm of torque. The Seltos might not have the hulking presence of the Tata Harrier but Kia has done a good job of making it look imposing enough. The face of the Seltos is dominated by LEDs - be it the headlamps, the fog lamps or even the indicators. One of the highlights is the daytime running lamps on the top edge of the headlamps - these extend almost all the way to the centre of the grille, which makes the Seltos appear wider than it is. The signature tiger-nose Kia grille is tastefully finished too, as the hexagonal mesh and the knurled finish on the chrome strip look top-notch. Good evening sir I m looking forward to buy the top variant with ADAS in 1.5 petrol engine I.e savvy is it justified to buy this variant as I like the autonomous level 2 feature or I should go to sharp variant manual please guide me sir for this segment and as per our road in India also !!
You should go for the 1.5 ltr sharp manual. Even though the savvy has some good Adas features but after my ride experience I can say that you won’t use those features much. You can’t rely on many Adas features as there will always a hesitation whether it’s gonna work or not. So it’s better to have control over the car rather then relying on these Adas features.

MG Astor Style Colours: MG Astor is available in 5 different colours - spiced Orange, Starry Black, Aurora Silver, Glaze Red and Candy White.
Base variant has only two colors white and Silver

You haven't mentioned wheel , just calculate cost of wheels , skyroof and powerseat it will justify difference easily, especially from smart CVT to sharp CVT

Try hyundai i20 nline n6 and n8 variants.. They offer awesome exterior looks and almost all of the modern features which no other brands offer in that segment 🚙 💯💯 🚙

Features are secondary ,go for plain and hill road performance before buying mg astor manual transmission .......donot become prey
I sold my Astor CVT Savy Red after using for a month driven for 3400kms with 3 lakhs loss.
Further i request don't go for mg astor CVT. ADAS features not at all usable for indian road conditions. You will definitely regret if you take mg astor.
Mileage was very poor. City 8 to 10 , highway 13 to 14 kms. Don't expect mileage more than that.
That's what happens when you don't put in proper research on product you're buying , thousands of people are more than satisfied with MG , go drive a tata lmao

In my opinion as we affording approximately 20lakhs there is no cold glove box, no wireless charging, no auto down function to Boot door, no 4 wheel drive why we can get all these even in a normal suv costs less than 15 lakhs
