I’ve had a cyber tool 32 (now the M) for over 10 years. It’s one of my favourite knives and has been a trusty tool for all these years. Honestly gets more use than my Sebenzas, striders etc just due to the functionality. That screwdriver is awesome
Cybertool L is almost a Swiss Champ, in fact it leaves out the fish scale tool that most people don't want, but it includes hex tools that are *not* on the Swiss Champ - but the Swiss Champ does have the magnifying glass and large Philips.
I have the Cybertool M and what it lacks most is that metal file and wood saw that is included on the L version (and the Swiss Champ). The Cybertool L and the Swiss Champ both have 7 layers and are both 33mm.
I think overall, the L is more useful than the Swiss Champ and in fact perhaps the L is what the Swiss Champ _should_ be! Those hex tools are one of the most important tools and they only feature on these "Cyber" versions and ones like the XLT (which I also have but it's just too bulky and doesn't add much over the Cybertool L - just two blades in the middle that aren't needed and the fish scale tool that's also not needed).
Nice comparison video. Thanks for taking the time to create and share it.
Thank you for another great review. I am going to add all four to my collection.
Thanks and it's a good choice 👍
Too bad the lites are discontinued, I want one so bad, it's perfect for me
very helpful comparison - merci!
I've had the M for about 10 years. A great all-around tool for the house, office, and car. My only gripe is the pliers, which have very little grip and leverage.
The Cybertool L main tool set is exactly like the Handyman with the addition of the bit screwdriver and bits. Other differences are the plus scales to add the pen, and it comes with the mini screwdriver and straight pin. But those things can be added to a Handyman and it would still cost far less than the Cybertool L does. Once the Handyman is modded with new plus scales and small scale tools, the ONLY difference then would be the bit driver on the Cybertool.
The main problem with Cybertools is the price anyway. But yeah I agree the L is really close to the Handyman except the bit driver.
Very nice review. The M model is ideal for me. The lite is huge and... so expensive 😅 Thank you Guillaume ! 👌🏻
The prices are really huge yes...
You're welcome 🙏
Great video showcasing all the features and sizes! 🥰
Just posted it on Reddit for reference in the knives community. 👌
Thanks 👌

I have the S, M, and L and the L is my EDC around home. I haven't been able to find the Lite in Australia, but I would love to buy one just for the sake of having it in my collection. Great comparison video, I enjoyed it.
Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it, I hope you'll be able to find the lite sooner or later.
How would you compare carrying the Cybertool L vs something like a Leatherman Wave?
@@The_Draque For me, the difference in carrying the Wave vs the Cybertool would be dependant on whether I needed a good pair of pliers. The small pliers on Victorinox models don't come close to the cutting power or have the same ability to to do heavy duty tasks. If the task is knife orientated then I would use the Cybertool. The blades on Victorinox models are far better than on Leatherman models. Hope this helps.
Very nice ⚔️❤️👍👊
Thanks 👍✌️
Torx bits are really useful if you maintain or work with computers
Yes that's the purpose anyway.
Nice review. I have all of them but I only reach for M and Lite. the S and L get zero usage. A scissors for me is a must in any multitool.
Thanks, I totally agree scissors are a must have.
Are you crazy man, the L has scissors too so why not use it ? And it’s the same size as the Lite.
@@Gadgetdad007 I use the magnifier in the lite model more than the saw and the file in the L model. I know that they all have scissors. It's just a personal preference.
The s would be nice combo with a spirit
I think (M)&(L) is the best option if i could only have one?🤔? Thank you for sharing this information very much appreciated for someone looking to buy this one thanks
You're welcome 👍
Great review. I like the s model and m the others are getting a bit big and heavy.
Yes they are all great but it depends of what you need.
You need to get your backside down the gym to build up some strength.
Why is the screwdriver added on the back when you already have the bits in the front? 🤔
It may not be the same size!
Really wish these weren't discontinued... 😢
I see the lite as good option and intend to get soon . The M and L have the cybertool off centre ?
S looks fine, however i see the lite has the cybertool in central position ,adding the lite on where you are working is very usefull ? Working in small confined space a working lite and magnifying glass could be good addition . The L with file and saw not so useful with tech tool ?
My choice will be cybertool lite , as i already have the Swiss Champ , Huntsman , farmer .
I see the cybertool lite as a great addition to my SAK range, and the lite version is show stopper vanden plas .
M and L have it off center, but S and Lite it's also very slighly off center.
Lite is not that bad but it could really be better than that, it's not waterproof and when you want to clean the knife for example it's a bit annoying.
File and saw aren't really useful for tech exactly.
@@K4TAndMore thanks for reply and thoughts . Still looking for the perfect SAK lol .
I think the perfect SAK is have a good selection and pick the one for the job on the day .
Can't wait to pick me up a cybertooth so im not running oom
I've made several different swiss army knives part of my EDC for many years and over the past year I've carried the cybertool L. It's the best fit for my lifestyle and I'm extremely satisfied with how it has simplified my life. My favorite Victorinox I own in my collection is the Swiss champ XXL, but I cannot for life of me find a proper sheath for it. I'm asking if anyone out there can help me out. I'm in dire need of something

@@xoxxox5352 I really appreciate it! I've looked and turned up goose eggs.
Hello there i would like for you to do a video please the victorinox fieldmasder vs the victorinox huntsman' i would like to see what people say is better and why 🤔 thanks again for sharing this one
Hello,
I take note and you're welcome 👍
@@K4TAndMore think you my friend i think people would probably prefer the victorinox hunsman over the victorinox fieldmasder but i would like to see what one the people would like more because i love both models it's very hard choice thanks again 😊👍
Also i know you love the victorinox huntsman more 😊👍
I do cause I don't really use the back Philips it's not handy for me and I really like the corkscrew with the mini screwdriver so 👍
@@K4TAndMorethis is why i love the Swiss champ you have both 🍾🤪🪛
I have the L, but I keep it on a Lanyard in a workbag, so I don't keep it in a pocket.
I can have M for 77 euros.
Same price as for the S.
And lite for 95 euros.
Which one would you recommend?
P.s.
Is there T5 bit for cybertool ?
I would say M.
And no unfortunately.
Would you say the s is about as wide as a huntsman?
Which one?
@@K4TAndMore the cyber tool 29 aka the S
@@mollydunlap44 Sorry I realized I misread your first comment. It's the same thickness/height indeed !
I feel like L is better choice of the four. I don't think people really care about magnifying glass and light. So lite is not a good option. S is small but it doesn't have scissor which is a deal breaker. So it come down to M and L. Whichever suit your need. I prefer L cuz of the saw and screwdrivers at the back.
Are you stupid, the light on a Victorinox is good for when you are confined to dark spaces.
im gonna mod a cybertool s by adding it the hook from compact, magnifying glass, inline philips/light and wood saw (optional).
