I love min max creators like you. It's my jam. I always drop by to give your videos a watch. No one is as concise as you, I would watch your build videos for Remnant, Destiny 2, Outriders, Warframe, etc.
Personally, I think RPGs are MORE fun when the developer doesn't go out of their way to make sure there are no broken builds. In a real world with magic items, there's gonna be broken builds.

I'm pretty good at figuring out builds myself, especially after watching so many of your videos. But every time I come up with my own build that I think feels strong. You make a video on almost the exact same build, and figure out a way to refine it even more.
When Spectral blade builds was a thing with resonance. I actually used the shielded strike, Matriarch insignia, and rerouting cable, drakestone pearl set up... so this brings back memories of a build I loved
A really really fun alternative I've been breezing through apoc with is to use the shocker mutator and use Rerouting cable and melee lifesteal for survivability. The Shocker mutator gets charged up by every hit from the sandstorm and triggers the lightning strike every single time the flail hits the enemy. You cause lightning bolts so fast the visual and sound effects can barely even keep up with it The only weakness is that it requires the flail to directly hit to actually strike the lightning so it doesn't work against enemies that you can't directly melee consistently. But thats barely any enemies so I dont mind rarely swapping to a ranged build for those ones
I've been using the query to work out my tank/lifesteal ritualist. It's been quite fun. I'm not quite done playing around with it yet, but I've got 100% uptime on Stone Mist and deathwish and have been able to tank everything I've run into so far and still put out some very solid damage

i don’t even play remenant (remnent? revenant? i dunno) but came to check out your other videos just because i loved your lepic guide, easy to understand, relatable and does the work no other content creators are willing to do keep up the great work p.s. the FTD community would appreciate ᵃ gley video , all these other youtubers are showing terrible builds that can only deal damage under perfect conditions. show them how it’s done❤
I made an alternative to Build 1 the shield version: I swapped seal of the empress with sapphire dreamstone and went with Challenger secondary to alternate skills for stagger resist since I've heard the consumable will get nerfed and lose it's stagger resist. In my testing so far it seems to work very well. The only time I don't have 100% uptime on stagger resist is if I can't hit (and thus crit) for an extended amount of time. Which hasn't really been a problem so far, but I haven't tested this against all (or even most) bosses yet. I use Strong Drink to be able to roll with Leto1 for those moments between skills, with Bark extract because I don't have Meat Shake. I haven't done the math, but my variant does lose some EHP.
I already often use Mirage with your hero’s sword build. I rotate several weapons with the steadfast mutator. This feels like a pretty comfortable sidegrade

As a min-maxer who only plays tanks, alchemist was my first pick day 1. Stacking the buffs that min max defense and health. I would create strong builds for Remnant 2, warframe, DnD, Baldurs gate… I hated sharing my builds because they were so good, I liked the attention of having people wonder how cool I am and i didn’t want others having that build. Vash, thanks for helping me get out of my own way Edit: Vash, your damage builds have been very meta. In Apoc, all I see is your “sith lord” damage build. Soooo many people use your build ideas but I notice your dps builds are way more popular. I am scared once you min-max dps even further, then that’ll just take over the community

love ring of spears. You can just hurl the blades against flying bosses and still get shield and all melee on hit effects. Moreso the damage is quite good.
Its funny, i came to the exact same build yesterday when i realized the sand tornado of the mirage procs melee hits now. My flail builds til then always required the bisected ring.
I haven't played in a while, but not to my knowledge. You can run out of stamina pretty fast if you're only facing one enemy. Against multiple opponents it should be easy, but against one you'll need both the sand cyclone and melee weapon hit itself to keep your stamina refreshing.
Got a chuckle out of me with the ring of spear comments. It's a weird crutch at best, and if they didnt want knight guard making shields for you, no way is the ring spears supposed to either.

Sorry for the late comment but why use recovery on the second build? You use bisected ring so why do you need stamina recovery? Is there a hidden benefit for it?
I tried your r2nd tank build against Abomination and the Emissary and both failed. Won't work against the abomination when it is doing it's rampage run. around the arena and the emissary has a 1 hit kill move regardless of how high your EHP is.
I wanna try making a build using Rally band and the Ring of omens Shadow dash that drains HP to dodge. Dodge into enemies then hit them with melee to recover all that grey health. Shame Effigy pendant can't be used with the ring of omens.
Your builds are amazing and have helped me a great deal but i have to ask how do you deal with lydusa as a tank? i literally had to switch to a due to her final phase
Question: Would lose too much tanky if you switch out ritualist for Engineer? The turret will run out of ammo and your not really pausing to spam relics to get it back..would the trait, turret def buff and moments of burst damage be viable for a less afk build,but less input intensity that the shock staff melee build?
Hey, Remnant 2 noob here. Just a quick question about ultimate disrespect build at the end. Is there a reason to still put points in Recovery if I'm using Bisected? (asking because that's what you show in that build)
How do you deal with stagger? I've been trying the build on the mobs on Root Earth @ apoc and can't survive their stagger even with confidience booster.
That's the thing with builds online ur builds aren't at there max potential since in solo its easier but with a max team the enemies gain way more dmg and health if u really wanna test ur build to its max potential play full team with randoms people forget that a lot when watching build vids

I remember way back in the day when you made a comment about infinite attacking flail builds and said they were stupid cuz they required bisected right. Well now they still are stupid cuz with them you can beat the entire game with one brain cell 😂
Can you make a build that doesn't rely on consumables? I like to play this game without any but every build on youtube just starts off with tons of consumables and i'm just not about that life
I understand the sentiment you've got there, but on the flip side it's apocalypse man. Best foot forward, all that jazz. The video and others include a build version that don't use quick-use consumables, I get those can be costly in the right scenarios, but if you consider concoctions a consumable even if they last for 2 hours a pop, then idk what to tell you. I've never made a build that didn't always use its 1 minimum concoction slot, so more or less the answer is no, I will never do that for you.

After the last patch, it seems like the cyclone effect breaks at larger radius. It doesn't pull in flying enemies, instead pushes them away

I know ingame it says +20 stamina regen for verdant tea, but I think it's +20% just like ring of infinite damage that says +8 fire rate but it's +8%

Has there been any changes? When I run the first build (non-afk) I run out of stamina really fast, which forces me to stop swinging and die.

It's something I've looked at and might cover soon, but it's difficult to pull that off with 100% uptime AND have it be anywhere near as effective.

Used in co-op apocalypse with medium armor and Shocker on Melee. Was still able to survive the singularity. Lol

In part that's why the site exists tho, queries can help you figure out stuff that wouldn't use concoctions.
