There are some pros and cons to Economy vs Prem Economy.
Pros for Prem Economy:
You get more baggage allowance, the food and service is much better, the seats are bigger and recline more, you have a smaller cabin which makes it feel special, front of the airplane which enables you to disembark quicker.
Cons for Prem Economy:
The arm rest in the middle does not move. So in Economy, if the seat next to you is vacant, it actually makes it a better option.
