Nina might've gotten to keep her stuff (unless it went to the buzzfeed wardrobe/costume department) and they probably rented the vintage LV bag. I doubt Sheila could keep anything unless it was paid from her own money; they might've had someone else return the purchases (except the hair extension) since everything was only worn for a few hours and undamaged.
