A ton of former producers work with BF on a per-video basis. They just don't have a contract that requires them to make a certain number or type of videos.
From what I've seen, people still at BF make an effort to get some work to their friends who are laid off.

For bags, I can understand it to go for a high-end designer. But for coats and blazers, I would rather go bespoke. It fits way better and the quality is most likely on another level. Timeless pieces can last you over a decade (as long as your body shape doesn't change too much)
And rich is relative. It seems like you consider people over 5 mio $ as rich because if you just wear trendy designer outfits for over 5000$ every day you really can't afford it below. For me, the threshold is lower and I would, in general, say wealthy.

And what ist the point of the challenge for the Person with the higher Budget ? Just to find exactly which clothes the Star is wearing and buy them. I find that kind of boring and that then it is far more interessting to watch the Person with the lower Budget.
