    "If you don't cue 'naval to spine' or are no longer saying 'scoop' or 'hollow' then what is a good cue to use for the core? It seems to be a little bit backward. A good cue for doing a side plank moving into star is going to be a very different cue than that for roll-over or corkscrew. We may need to change our thinking a little bit to "what is the desired outcome?" - Shelly Power, NCPT
