Which cars would you like to see us track test? Comment below. Please also like and subscribe to this channel!
I20N, m3 comp, kona N, vw GTI CS, new RS3, Tesla Plaid lol, new GT3... would be good to get some commentary over you lap to let us know what u are feeling as u drive... will take it up a notch??
Would be cool to see megane rs edc, ford st auto against i30n
Focus ST 2022 and Stinger GT and I30N .., back to back comparison.. not only fastest but fun to drive ,, best all rounder.. thx
@@evilved3871 already smoked the ST on drag have a look at their video library
@@afrikengunner Drag is not the same, track would be interesting of course.
It's no wonder it won the performance car of the year when it first came out. What a great little package, with a sibling on the way, in the i 20 N.
Its not a SUV so I'm impressed. Hyundai has come such along way.
come on 2 seconds slower than a £90000 RS amazing well done Hyundai!!!
I was expecting this to go to the top of the lap time leaderboard. The 1.7 degrees of negative camber in the front would have helped a lot on this tight track
Very heavy weight over the front axle made worse by DCT + Standard Macpherson struts + P Zero road tyres = murdered side wall. Quick gear changes cant save it on this super tight track.
Yeah personally I'd opt for the manual box. Pirelli tyres are pretty dam average unless they are the trofeo r semi slicks
@@minimumtrade I mean, it’s still only 2 seconds behind a very expensive RS.
Great daily drive full stop.
Does the fastback n still exist?
Am enjoying your videos thanks. Is that i30n track time of 1:08.7 a direct comparison with the GR Yaris which did 1:01.8 for the Rallye version, 7s faster?
That's right... the track is tight and small the i20N would do a better job here than it's bigger sibling
The rear-wheel biased setting for the awd on the GR would have helped it there I assume
As you might have suspected, completely different course layout!
my first 6 gear on Spa track was ok, my dct8, on the same track, when hard braking, the rear body is dancing, i don't like . Also when decide Hyundai to get 4P front brake on this N ?? larger discs is not enough !
It would be nice to see the whole leaderboard to see what it’s faster than and how close it is to the cars above
Kind of influencing me to purchase a new i30n instead of purchasing an older model second hand!
He did not even do the shifting himself the DCT handled all that craziness
It's hard to see between camera cuts, but he is grabbing the paddles
i30 N AWD + Drift mode... Please Hyundai!!!!
271bhp.. 260 lb ft ... fun car then

Be sure to get your facts straight otherwise John will tear it to shreds.
