Tasty understand that u don't need to upload everyday of the week, one twice a week is fine. It's better to work on quality than quantity because eventually where gonna get bored to seeing the same things again and again.
Chocolate lava cake is not just undercooked chocolate cake. That's not what makes the center molten. You take a frozen cylinder of ganache and you set it in the ramekin so that as the outside cooks fully, the inside becomes molten!
I don't get how there's filling for the Dulce de Leche Lava Cake. They just straight up poured just batter into the cup and baked it. Is the filling raw batter since if it is, then it'll have raw eggs in it.
What is the point to dirtying 2 bowls in the dulce de ledge recipe? Couldn’t you just crack the eggs straight into the butter and dulce de leche mixture?
Here is a funny story a girl gave her mom a lava cake recipe and when it was done the mum did the old toothpick in the cake trick and she thought the cake was not done so she put it back in the oven and burnt the cake sad story

Yeah, not butter at all but the best part of any lava cake is the squirting lava part. Don't watch if you don't like the theme.
