Breakfast Cereal is a common American breakfast. I never cook pancakes or french toast in the mornings in fact its very rare and if I ever do its like dessert to me. Usually Americans eat typical breakfasts like in any other country. eggs, jam on bread, some people drink coffee with their breakfast lol we're not as different as people from other countries.
I can always rely on this channel when my mom never goes grocery shopping, and when she does, she buys eggo waffles for breakfast. Now this wouldn’t be such an issue, if I weren’t sensitive to sugar(If I eat something with grains, or sugar((grains are digested into sugar in the body)) I’ll get bad heat flashes and feel sick) so I always need something bland and and savory, which is why I come to this channel. So far crepes with strawberry and homemade whipped cream works best for me.

A tip when cooking berries - cook the berries without sugar. Add the sugar once the fruit is already cooked and soft. If you add the sugar at the start, the berry skins will harden, but if they’re cooked without sugar, the skins soften instead giving the finished result a much better mouth feel.
I tried the pancakes with oats and blueberries; they were fantastic. Let the mix rest a little to make the oats softer and medium heat. They may tend to break if not well cooked on one side.

I made the chocolate strawberry crepes (1:06) without the chocolate or strawberries. I put peanut butter, honey, and bananas in them. They tasted pretty good. If you were to eat a crepe by itself, you would need to add more sugar though. Warning: You will be standing in front of the stove for two hours. I am not even kidding, the batter never seemed to end. Otherwise it was good. It tasted good. My family liked it. 8/10 would recommend.

It’s not fried oatmeal, It’s just put into the recipe to make it healthier or sometimes can be used a substitute for flour.
