In last heartday the cardioligists of the country said desighee in small quantity is also good. So go and eat sprouts green tea boiled vegetables yourself. Please don't preach such sermons. Without fats brain will be harmed of course in small quantity. You people only seek publicity by such vedios!
Where on earth will you get low fat oats😅. These dieticians do not tell for how long you need to follow the diet. If they say life long then they need to provide diet for lifelong. You can't give 2 or 3 things to eat and tell to eat for life long.
