One needs to be careful with juices. I know quite a few who got diabetes after consuming two glasses of juice everyday for more than 2 years. I would completely avoid juices. Eat only whole and natural fruits to get the best benefits. In fact fruit juices are killer foods since they completely lack fibre but have a very high glucose/sugar content. Juices must be treated as unhealthy food.
