Yeah when I was an engineer. I use to work for Lt before TfL as an electrician, so I road tested a lot of buses Titan had kickdown DMS had kickdown to as far as I remember. Plus LS single decker .. These new buses don’t want you to go have extra acceleration power. They want to reduce it. lol . Safety issue now

This type of driver's daily operational experience could be a tip of knowledge for passengers in terms of bus driver's responsibility and what must do and not to do. The responsibility of keeping safe your passengers during their journey all the time is enormous pressure for Public transport drivers. Getting the bus close to the 'Kerb', waiting them to be seated, lett them get off safely, keeping on eye and caring them for their well-being in the case of emergency situation. And on top of that, for night drivers, dealing with drunken passenger or bad attitude personality is another issue. To be a public transport operator, ya need to acquire the master of self discipline, patience, concentration and quick thinking of decision making - else u retire early of ur time with diabetic n' hypertension symptoms.
