The best place to live in Indy is either Carmel, Geist, or Meridian Hills. All of them are within close proximity to the Colts practice facility and Lucas Oil Stadium. Carmel has large houses and is in quiet, secluded neighborhoods, specifically the west side of Carmel. There are very larges houses there but are nowhere near as expensive as the So Cal market. The Springmill Streams/West Clay area in W. Carmel is considered one of the nicest parts of Indiana, and probably the best place to live for younger couples and comfort. Geist is great for fishing and boating as it has a large lake, and is also where Paul George lived. Closer to downtown is older, such as Meridian Hills/Meridan Kessler. There are nice houses there, but everything is old and compact, and in my opinion, it isn't that good for younger generations. Downtown is also a good option, specifically Mass ave, as that is a large nightlife presence. I have lived here in Central Indiana all of my life, and if you need any more details on Indy, hmu!

I live in Indy but the nicest places to live and probably where your teammates will live are in Geist (Lawrence), Carmel, and Zionsville. Lots of Pacers and Colts players live in Geist where I’m from, or in Zionsville near the Colts Practice facility. Carmel is nice too but a little far from downtown Indy. If you want to move closer to downtown though Meridian Hills has very nice houses on Meridan Street and the neighborhoods are older and beautiful. If you want to live downtown however, there are nice apartments, but honestly since Indy has a really good/cheap real estate, for the size of the homes (compared to cities like Chicago, LA, NY etc.) I would definitely consider buying a home here! Hopefully you and Philip can put in work here and do some damage in the playoffs! #GoColts

Additional Comment: Thanks for liking this guys hopefully they see it! On a personal level though, I really think you will like Geist, probably if not, the wealthiest and for sure the most diverse and least snobby neighborhood out of the four I just mentioned (Meridian Hills is not snobby but get used to having a bunch of sweet old people as your neighborhood friends ☺️). Also forgot to mention Geist is by a HUGE lake/(we called it a reservoir for some reason not sure why) and the boat parties and fishing is awesome up here. Carmel and Zionsville are nice, but it is not very diverse and some of the people there just seem very elitist and snobby. Fishers is also a nice neighborhood to look into and I would recommend living there too, but I know you guys love to fish and Geist is really is in a perfect location between Lawrence and Fishers (both nice towns/city’s) with great access to nice malls/regular shopping centers and is beautiful to live here and is not too far from downtown. I hope you guys find the right place and wherever you guys decide to settle down we will welcome you here in Indy!

weliketoparty though Philip Rivers may have thrown more interceptions than usual he still had a very good completion percentage at 66%. Michael Pittman Jr had some of the best hands if not the best hands in this draft only dropping five balls his entire college career. He will be a beast this season.

Congrats on being drafted to the Colts. You will love Indy. I live 15 minutes north of downtown in a town called Broad Ripple. Super nice neighborhoods around here. Meridian-Kessler neighborhood (older neighborhood), Meridian Hills, and various others. A family member of mine also actually owns a Condominium complex by Fountain Square just 2 minutes from Lucas Oil. Myles Turner (Pacers center) lives there. I do suggest you live north of downtown just because it’s the nicest area. If you want to go even northern there’s a lake called Geist with great fishing. It’s about 30-35 from downtown. Paul George lived there before he betrayed us😂. Just let me know if you need anymore intel on Indy. Oh and also if you need any good fishing spots I have some for you too. Forgot to tell u but I am good friends with Markese Stepp so hit him up too for questions.

Waterstone is a very nice neighborhood in Carmel, Indiana, which is one of the nicest towns in Indiana. It is 35 mins from Lucas Oil and 30 mins from the practice facility. The neighborhood also has a lake with some big fish to go fish and is the town over from where Spring Training is.

I’m a Colts fan and live in a suburb on Indy. I’m super excited to have you guys here and I know Michael is gonna be a beast. I live in Greenwood, Indiana, which is a really great place to live, specifically the side closer to Center Grove High School. My neighborhood is really good and has a golf course. It’s called Hickory Stick. I would love to have to you guys here! We have some houses for sale and there is one next to me! Please let me know if you have any other questions! It’s a richer suburb and they have great schools and it’s a great place to start a family. I think the drive to the stadium is about 20-30 min.
