    didn't realise I wasn't eating enough protein, I'm stuffed trying to get that in a day little lone other junk - there's just no room. I now need to apply this consistently to get to my upper healthy waist size.

    How do I sign up for one of those fidgety adaptive metabolisms? haha I'm naturally lazy and don't even move a muscle in my sleep. I'm super super active intentionally but the moment I'm not intending to move my body, I do basically nothing except blink once in a while.
