Awesome video on Ace Jesse! I'm glad you got to him. I know you had a rough week. I know what it's like. Glad you mentioned Ace Frehley, who is also a hero of mine. Would like to see video's on Slice & Dice and G I Joe Ninja Force. Thank you for all you do.
Ace is one of my favorite G.I.Joe characters and his Sky Striker is one of my favorite G.I.Joe vehicles! I have my Ripcord figure as Ace's Co-pilot in my Sky Striker!
Good to have you back Jesse, my condolences for your loss. Great video about Ace, him and Wild Weasel had a great respect for each other, despite being enemies. As I recall he was an O-3 (Captain) in the Sunbow cartoon and a O-6 (Major) in Devils Due. Great character a bit of cocky and I always loved the Skystryker
It's strange that Ace wears a pressure suit to fly the Sky Striker, which is basically an F 14 Tomcat with a different name. After all, SOME pilots DO use pressure suits to fly, but not in F 14s it's more often used on extremely high flying planes like the U2 or the SR 71 that fly over 60000 ft, I don't think the F 14 can even fly 40000 feet All I can tell about the screengrab is the guy on the right is Jack Lemmon 3:13 THIS is not a APC APC stands for Armored Personnel Carrier, APCs don't have camouflaged canvas roofs 13:35 How can a germ send chemicals back to the crop duster plane like the missiles and how does those same chemicals take out the plane? 14:02 Oxygen doesn't slow parachutes, air pressure does 15:30 this isn't an A 10 thunderbolt but a repainted Rattler. A 10s don't have bubble canopy gun positions on top or a third engine on the tail Also the engines on the wings are actually on the body of the plane, behind and above the wings. Don't put lipstick on a pig and call it a supermodel 15:18 Swept forward wing jets like the Conquest are historically unreliable designs. There's a reason why no air force uses them The X designation in planes stands for experimental such as the XP 14 Skystriker which actually stands for Experimental Prototype. They are the prototypes for future planes like the F 14 Same goes for the X 30
how can a germ send chemicals back to a crop duster blah blah blah because it's called a cartoon and it's awesome!!! stop being such a downer bro we're trying to have fun here
@@phoenixrichardson1261 Ask any soldier what APC stands for and they'll say Armored Personnel Carrier, not Amphibious. The only amphibious vehicles the US military has EVER used was the DUKW 2 1/2 ton truck, the Buffalo landing craft that the Marines used in WW2, the DD (Dual Drive) Sherman tanks and the Marine LAV
@@phoenixrichardson1261 Its also dunb as hell if you think about it with more than 2 brain cells Any soldier (And I'm including all services here) that has ever served, can't watch a movie, tv show or cartoon about the military, without noticing and calling out ever mistake in them, it's against their nature The first movie I personally have called out after joining the US Army was Firebirds with Nicolas Cage and Tommy Lee Jones
@@dragonweyr44 the Joe vehicle is not a standard stock military design. It is called an Amphibious Personnel Carrier in this universe. The toy even floats. It's a bit silly getting super technical on designation in a comic with vehicles like Pogo Battle Balls and six wheeled Jeeps like the Desert Fox.

Sorry for your loss J. Thank you for doing what you do even when the times get tough as hell. It's appreciated.

Anyone who can survive a confrontation with a Tomcat whilst flying an A-10 isn't a good pilot, he/she's a magician!

I refuse to acknowledge Wild Weasels death, he's the only notable Cobra pilot, and deserves more moments before a more fitting death.
Ace is my favorite Joe. Even after all of these years👍🏾
Another great vid Jesse! Lets see a vid of the pilot of the x-30!
Ace the bathound needs to be in a movie one day
I agree!
Captain Ace is awesome, the best pilot they have.
Always hated how Ace looked more like an astronaut than a fighter pilot.
Issue 34 is one of those hidden gems. Had a signed copy.
Hey Jesse, good to see you back! Sorry to hear about your dog.
First btw!
Thanks Matt!
I know Ace and Wild Bill but was there any more G.I. Joe pilots on the G.I.Joe air support?
I might still have Ace's toy somewhere.
I used to have Ace's toy in the 2000s.
Awesome!😯😁👍🏿
Very interesting
How many fighters has he lost? I can’t remember lol.
When will we be getting one for Duke?
Love the skystriker still working on one. Like the Ace character but I always wondered why Ace looks just like he could be a brother of torpedo💪👍
The Sky Striker was an F-14 so he was Navy
0:38 you think Montreal, Quebec CANADA is in the UK?
Think you so very much from all of your friends in cobra now we know who the Joe's are and were to find them
So an Air Force pilot with carrier qualifications and primarily flys a Navy fighter.......🤔
Ace Frehley
Is the first best and only
Space man \m/ \m/
KISS 💋 🎸
I'm in full agreement!
He is a good pilot. 😀👍
Mummar would've let the Joes in if Cobra was positioned to threaten his position. Dictators don't play nice with each other.
Forgot Ace McCloud
I think they are the same character
Daring air operations expert!
Come on with Airtight. 🤗
Johnny Lorance!😃

the A in APC
Stands for Amphibious
Not Armored
