    that is so true....few times when i sleep after lunch but somehow due to some disturbance my sleep disturbs and walk up at a sudden in period of 20mins....but after that it feels like a new beginning new sudden boost of energy......love u sir..we got the science behind it....

    It is not recommended to have tea or coffee after Lunch or dinner, because it is an obstacle to absorb Iron form the food you had.

    Caffeine immediately after lunch actually mess up with digestion of food..Best way is to consume it atleast after an hour of lunch.
    Better if we take power nap, fresh'n up, study for an hour and then take coffee break (personal experience)

    I've been taking power nap for roughly 1 year and I can bet it's one of the best Technique to increase productivity. For me 15 mins is sufficient but if I wake up after 20 mins nap, then I feel more sleepy, so timing as sir said is important

    When we drink tea after meal, it decreases iron absorption. When we do it for long term it can have major affect on iron levels and can lead to iron deficiency anemia specially in females as most of them are already iron deficient because of menstruation. So sir this tip may be useful for saving time but not healthy 🙏
