He has to train all day so he can nap we are not atheletes of his level . So there's a huge difference between his routine and ours. Don't do what others do find your own sweet spot
It's mostly that it's not that objective and there are always extremes. And maybe if it are facts, who says he is doing it best? But if you're asking me (hypothetical), If I train 10 hours a day straight I'd definitely want to nap in between. And this video is specifically talking about power napping explained as 30 minutes max, so different subject I guess. Power napping seemingly excludes REM-sleep which is normally important..

I do this everyday, 1:15 until 1:50 and Im good at work then gym right after. I do this M-F so by weekends I'm chill
