Mmmm---I live in a tiny "apartment" (an old motel turned into studio places for low income people, not even a kitchen) which is just 500 feet from one of the busiest freeways in America. The secondary road that is right outside, my door is also extremely busy, super narrow with no shoulders (no safe place to walk, and the police don't really want anyone walking it), and the nearest park is 4.5 miles away. Hard to get outdoors---this place is not at all meant for outdoor activities, the property owner not the least interested in making the small yard anything but neat and clean. It's only used by the one dog and the (far too many) cats that live here.

🤣😂😁 I like the tapping during the video, but if I heard that during a nap, I'd be trying to find who was interfering with my much-needed second sleep!!
I get only about five hours a night of sleep, on a good night---it's getting a bit better now that I'm on the keto lifestyle---so a daily nap is essential. I'm 67, retired, dealing with a lot of health issues that I'm striving to heal through keto and taking ACV and lemon water (more than daily---I can drink lemon water every waking minute, I like it so much, hot or cold). The sleep will improve as I continue--I've only been on keto properly for two days (improperly for five days prior).
As for electronics---I live in a one room studio of only 208 s.f., and that includes my bathroom. My bed is immediately next to my computer, and there isn't any other place to put it, nor is there any other way to arrange the room to move the computer further away from the bed. I've had to live with such an arrangement for 11 years, so that's likely done some damage (DEEP SIGH!)

On average I sleep about 5-6 hours a night, yes this gets less and less as I get older. I find that I have to nap during the day, for my body and mind functionality this is not an option.. it's a requirement to stay cognitive throughout my day.
I use to take 30 minute power naps on my lunch break at work but then the Federal Government put a band on its employees for any sort of sleeping within federal facilities.. no really, I have the email to prove. Now one might say just head out to the car and get your nap in and to that I say, I ride a motorcycle to work.. every try napping on a sports bike, ya not the easiest or inconspicuous thing to do.
If companies ran there operations like Google does for it's employees they would have a lot more happier and productive employees on the same cutting edge level.

A power nap, even as low as 3 minutes if you can control it that well, is amazingly empowering.
You may not believe it but I've snuck in a 10 _second_ power nap, a conscious shutdown giving way to a dream state, snapped right back and suddenly the dreary weariness snapped into alertness. Go ahead and argue that you can't enter that sleep state without staging. But I insist. I've done it. Achieved dream state in under five seconds. Believe it or not. At any rate, the snap-to-alertness is amazing.

You made a video about relation of malnutrition to sleep apnea, would you please do an updated video? This is a silent killer affecting so many people, some are close friends, that don’t even realize they have it, and those that know they do, are struggling severely with the troubleshooting and treatment process. Please touch on the influence of nutrition and fasting on both central vs obstructive sleep apneas. Whenever I take a 20-30 mins nap, I feel very energetic after waking up, making a big difference. Highly recommend it. However if I took a 1-2 hour nap during the day, it would make me feel even more tired.

About 6 hours a night. Go to bed at 9:30 - 10:00, wake up about 4AM to 5AM. Some days when I'm at home and not working, I've taken a nap on rare occasions. I'm 60.

I used to get up 1-3x a night to p, but do not ever have to now.
So my sleep is getting better I think.

@@farinazrajabian1540 i find that it's almost impossible for me to have a good short nap if i start my day off with caffeine or eat a high carb meal prior to napping once i stopped all that all it took was a quiet dark room and timing it well so that i feel quite relaxed before my nap.

That is why I need one EMF device...beside my bed or on my cellphone when I going to bed but I fall a sleep so easy because of the long walk and taking Benfotamine (B1) at lest 180 mg per day

I used to sleep really well, 8 hrs at least, and I was doing so great. Then I had a baby....she is 5 weeks....the cutest thing...but I am SO tired! I am going to try and be better at taking naps when she does. It is very tempting to get other things done, but I can tell my health is suffering from the lack of sleep.

I used to get only 5 to 6 hours of Light sleep every Night some nights zero sleep that went on for twenty years. I have spent a Lot of time to Improve my sleep. I now sleep 7 to 8 hours of Very deep restful sleep. This took a Lot of research and trying a Lot of different things till i finally GOT IT RIGHT. The difference Between Light sleep vs Deep Restful restorative sleep, is HUGH difference. I thought my Light sleep before was good sleep until i started sleeping MUCH DEEPER.!!! Light sleep is like only charging the battery half way, where as Deep sleep Provides a Much higher and Longer energy reserve.

I am 69, I fall asleep in my recliner for about 2 hrs/ get up and go to restroom and then my bed for two hrs, and then restroom and back to recliner for 2hrs. So I get about 6 hrs of sleep every night- just not all at once, so the nap feels very good! If you are having back problems try sleeping in a recliner thats what helped me the most. lol!

Grounding or earthing reduces the effects of EMF on our bodies. I sleep 7 to 8 hours everyday and can still nap, sitting down any time I’m likely to go to sleep.

I use to sleep a solid 8 , but when my dad died I became a carer to my disabled and dementia mother 24/7 for two years before she passed , it was extremely stress full as was getting up all through the night to help her . Killed my sleep pattern now I avarage 6 , but do nap in evenings .. unintentionally . Very kind of you to do the pen scraping...but it’s not for me , but as your so obliging , I like to be caressed before sleep...would the Mrs lend you out . 😉 Lol.

I am 65 years old. When I was young I could sleep 11 hours a day easily. It was difficult when going to school or working to reduce that to 8 hours. Now I need 7 hours of sleep at night to feel good. I envy my husband that he has a nap in the afternoon. If I sleep in the afternoon I get a headache.
