    2. Acknowledge what they are thinking
    3. Assure them you are not going to waste their time. You will bring values to their problems!

    Great advice Dan, especially with the specific date and time. My businesses are client based and I always tell people to never give a general timeframe setting appointments because it creates a perceived low status and lack of scarcity.

    Love Dan's content! The only part I would personally rephrase is when you're telling the prospect: "so you can make better decisions when it comes to...".
    As a business owner, if I don't know you, telling me you have better decision-making capabilities for my company than I do would not get my interest. Instead, I would consider something like "so you can make more informed decisions when it comes to...". This implies you have information that they may not, and that can provide value to their business.

    Solution:
    Mr. Prospect,
    I understand that you are too busy to meet with me because I am busy also.
    Maybe you're saying that because you're not so sure I can provide enough value during our appointment for you to take time away from your busy schedule.
    I'm not going t oask you to invest time with me unless I know I can ask you several questions to help you clarify your core goals--
    So you can make better decisions in the days and weeks ahead when it comes to what to do about [the problem].
    What does [Date + Time] look like?

    Hi Dan, thanks for sharing. What will be you advise to construction sector where project involves lots of approvals and money. When you ask the client to arrange meeting to short-list me for tender/RFP and they reply we have your proposal but we don't have any project on going to validate you. Or we don't have any current requirements.

    Hi Dan, thanks for another wonderful video on sales and for SalesCalls.com. I checked the website and it's amazing. I'm sure that many people would be benefitted because of it.
    I work for a company that sells telephone packages and getting past the gatekeeper is an issue. Please provide a solution, a script to handle the problem
