    What works for me like a charm is saying "Of course. I understand. This product is not for everyone. I hope you find what you are looking for." Then I don't mention back anything about the product. I focus solely on the person, in building a connection. Actually enjoying the interaction. I genuinely give them value. 7/10 of these people call me back.

    I've had some sales people tell me..."Why you lying, you need my services"🤦‍♀️ If you want to be successful in business you need to have your scripts ready to handle rejections... Remember your going to get a lot more NOs before you get a YES. It's important to have your scripts available!

    • @Potencyfunction
      @Potencyfunction 6 месяцев назад +3

      Yes indeed. That is why we learn so many years marketing, sociology, psyhology and strategic communication. When one come and ask "why " after "no", than we clearly understood his level of education. Is called "Entreprenour or nepotism" because... he started his own company with his "dad´s money" and he didn``t had education in the field. That can be a scenario for those "aerial interlocutors which are known as not connecting brain to mouth "when they talk. They are ussualy not reliable costumers, as a leader you can not on them becauze they dont know values as well. As a rule they function after their own "rules and norms " not after book and integrity. Is just like ok, we keep in touch , I will never count on your business credientials or your word.

  • @Buddy330
    @Buddy330 4 года назад +55

    One thing I'd like to add. Don't try to make them climb the "yes ladder". "Yes" is a commitment. If they're already saying "no" with "I'm not interested", they're not gonna be willing to make any kind of commitment. Saying "no" actually settles the stomach and helps relax. So just rephrase it to get the same answer, but with a "no" response instead of a yes.
    "I understand, but would it be ridiculous to ask you a question before you let me go?"
    "Would it be too much to send you our catalog and contact info?"
    "I understand, and you seem really busy, so is it too much to ask if you could call us the next time you're looking for *blank*, so you're not wasting your time later?"
    Make it seem like a convenience to call you, and use tactical empathy when possible. Don't say things like "I don't wanna waste your I time" or "before I let you go". Choose words that make them feel like they're in control. "So you're not wasting your time" and "before you let me go". The illusion of control is powerful. Let them feel in control, they'll feel more comfortable. Don't use an assertive tone, try to end with upward inflections. Phone sales are the second worst, cause you can't use body language to help (which makes up 55% of the message you're getting across.)

    To all telemarketers, make sure that the prospect clients you're calling didn't opt to be under Do-Not-Call list, or else, that's a violation and they may sue you for that. Keep your business compliant by using phone validator tools. Not only it verifies validity of a number, but it also identifies if the owner registered it on DNC list.

    Customer: I'm not interested..
    You: ok so what is the one thing that interest you the least on what I've just presented to you?...(build that one thing up, right then and there) it starts a new conversation...this is one of the ways I close that objection.

    I do sometimes even get the "I'm not interested" line before my prospects have seen what I have to offer. . . But if they have seen the info,I usually follow up, but are never sure what the timeframes or procedures are for a follow-up without seeming pushy / awkward. Would love a follow--up video/series.

      What if i say, "If i talk to someone else other than you." LOL
      This one liners are over used.
      They key is to look at a clients situation and try (not pretend) to empatize with his real issues.
      You cant use a one liner and expect him to give wads of cash.
      Abiding by old age philosophy is my game. Building trust. Not trying do a one liners and pretend you're some kind of big shot.
      Whenever im face with a sales man and before he start his pitch, i tell upfront that i will never buy now/today no matter what.
      Thats it really. Now wire me $3k for this advice. LOL
