Main thing i learnt from Dan is not to be nice when selling. Be confident and clear of what value your prospect would get, and be brutally honest while finessing the words you use to lead your prospects.
That's hilarious, tell them grown people should be able to "see the big picture" no matter what words are used! To each his own though. Thanks for every lesson Dan!!
The difference with Dan's approach is that in no moment does he doubt himself, the product, the over-all benefit and strategy. He's a steady ground and the strenght of his momentum leads. You go Dan!!! You always win!!!
I just learned something important. Asking a client question about his/her concern, listen to his needs and what would make him happy at the end. Patients, ask right questions, listen.
Dan, spot on! See how Dan went to asking questions instead of saying "trust me". Not just any question, good questions. Creating a script is helpful....developing a series of questions is great.
I lost a sale from not handling this objection with enough finesse a couple of months ago. I offer testimonials and even live calls with a couple of our members BUT I never said "Let's pretend you speak with them, done your research etc - What would happen then?" This is such a fabulous refinement and I now understand how to 'tease' out the REAL objection and how to overcome it. Can't wait until I come across this again and use my new communication style. Thanks

This is the holy grail of advice. This has been the the only phrase that has haunted me for ages. I’m always reduced to setting up future appointments. I’ve gone as far as sitting with customers to research beside them fully knowing exactly what we’re gonna see and find out.
The last 3 minutes of that was pure gold, Sifu. It answered the question of, should we actually send them the testimonials and everything, or will they be closed at that point? I've got it now!
Liked how it was a natural close during the roleplay. You didn't even ask for the close. Instead, the prospect initiated the close. Great objection handling videos as always. Thanks Dan!
This is as true as it gets. Most of the time, this is the excuse of the customers. And this video will be very helpful to overcome this kind of objections. Dealing with customers, selling my affiliate courses will definitely be easier with these strategies. Awesome content, Dan!

Just makes me happy inside! P.s that's not a pun please dont make it a pun🙃
My takeaway is that when someone says they want to do more research they are afraid of making a mistake. Reassurance can be provided by asking them what they would like to research and offering to provide them with information. I should also ask for a commitment.

There are different levels of "I need more time to do more research". You probably have to think about it longer if you're buying a big purchase like a house or going into JV, as opposed to buying a $20 book or something. I do agree that if somebody says "Trust me", they are almost always lying and have something they aren't telling you.

Through Dan's excellent use of timing, tone, and diction, he exhibits the silver tongue magic of an "adult phone operator". I bet he charges calls by the minute too. Almost Tony Robbins level of acquiring acceptance through speech.
Say "Trust me..." when you have never dealt with that person before, or delivered something successfully, usually never works. They have nothing to base that trust on.
The customer could say "I do not want you to tell me about yourself, because you will always choose the good part and show the nice colours in the portrait. I wish to do some research about what you did in your life before, what you have achieved and how. I also wish to go on forums and read about what your critics and former customers have to say " The customer is not a stupid guy....

I hear that a lot from potential customers and I respect that. It's good to consider things carefully. But you know me and my company and any extra information that you need, I can give to you today...so once we sort that out, how about we do a deal on xxxxxxx".

And only a fool would be pressured into something. The moment a salesperson becomes confrontational, walk away.
