Fabric Softener, Washing Machine Fabric Softener Dispenser Not Emptying

After washing clothes I would find left over fabric softener in the dispenser or water in the dispenser. In this video I will show you how to clean the dispenser and fix the problem of the fabric softener not dispensing. I will show you this on a LG washing machine.

Thank you for this helpful video. Yeah, mine has water that is staying in the FS tray. So, I will follow what you have said. It's an older machine, and I haven't cleaned it out ever. Didn't know to.

I bought a new samsung washer, i ran it on the eco clean cycle. It kept washing, emptying and filling back up. Could you tell me how to empty the water in the drum. It should be a fully automatic machine. Could you please advise.

Good tip. I wipe mine down when I’m done for the day/week. And leave the lid up so any remaining water can evaporate.

because of the well water i leave the lid up just so it doesn't start to smell moldy
