Brand new , it's not clogged, it's simply not dispensing the fabric softener. (Top loader) not happy with problems already😫🤬

A per physical inspection both of my inlet valves are working since it dispense water to the detergent area and to the tub area. It is not just dispensing to the fabric conditioner part. I think something is wrong with the program and needs to be reflashed. How can this be done?

Have an EFLS627UTT1 model that is not dispensing the fabric softener, upon testing the valves, when I do the fabric softener test, water comes out over the bleach area and not the fabric softener area. According to the test, there is no fabric softener valve, but rather the fabric softener is supposed to get water added by the bleach and the prewash valves running together? Both the bleach and prewash valves test fine. By what mechanism does the water go to the fabric softener compartment when using the two other valves? Is it something in the dispenser conveyer? Seems to be a problem not just with mine as others have chimed in on online boards about same issue.

Softner dispenser stopped working on the front loader just like in this video. Tested the valves - all working fine, checked all the jets in the dispencer - all clean. Water presure is nominal.
DUDE THATS THE FIRST THING ANYONE & EVERYONE DOES!!!!! IS CLEAN THE DESPENSER..... HELLO!!! TRY SHOWING HOW TO REALLY FIX THE MACHINE. THAT WAS 4MIN OF MY TIME I WILL NEVER GET BACK...
