Can the hose to any of the Cabrio dispensers be replaced without the rest of the dispenser?

Seems we’re all asking about a fabric softener dispenser not emptying. Any tips? Is there another video of tests we can do to unclog it? Does it mean it needs replacing?

I have this washer and I clean it every day because I noticed that it doesn’t use all the softener. Maybe I have a clog or something. I do only put what is suggested.
