- In this video I set fire to lithium, sodium and potassium to see how they react with the oxygen in air. If you are studying GCSE chemistry or GCSE combined science (trilogy) make sure you can describe the reactions and remember the flame colours along with the names of the products.

This is so cool! I love science stuff like this. It's so cool to see the reactions, the potassium was the coolest. I'd love to see this done with rubidium and caesium. I found this from searching for stuff for alkali metals. Am I older than most of your viewers here? I'm a 23 year old woman who graduated from university last summer.
Not at all. I have quite a few science teachers following me. For example, a biologist having to teach chemistry may be looking for ideas. Glad you enjoyed the video. I’d appreciate it if you’re able to subscribe-it’s free. Perhaps you should consider teaching with your passion for science
nice video, totally got me subscrided
Awesome, thank you! Tell all if your friends about my channel too
Where's Rubidium?
Unfortunately they won’t let me have any 😩
