Great tip, Brandon, we too often forget to keep our drawings clean. I suggest you add "purge registered apps" to this list, it's a problem a lot of people don't even know about that can cause a huge amount of blot!

Yep, it should all work and help the same in a 3d model/drawing. I use the same tipes in Civil 3d to help keep my drawings clean and organized.
