I think youve done fairly well. I am going to install the exact same kit on my 57 shortly, finger crossed my frame isnt too warped ! have subbed, like to see how your build goes, looking forwards to it.
Thanks
It’s moving along. Now that summer is here I’m getting some stuff done.
Finishing up painting the chassis right now.
I’ll try to post the videos soon.
Thanks for watching.
I DID ALL THAT ON MY FRAME LAST YEAR. TOO 2 OF US 35 HRS TO DO IT ALL. BUT ITS PERFECT. THEN HAMMERTONE GREY AND BLACK POWDER COATED. LOOKS FANTASTIC
Nice to hear. 👍🏻
I’m looking forward to getting it done.
Thanks
Ryan is a better welder. Can’t be all things to all people.
Do you mean his welds are better than mine?
If so, I totally agree. He is a welding instructor and an amazing person as well.
Blessed to have good friends 👍🏻
Is your car going to be racing? If its just a cruiser...it lasted 40 years they way it was..
Too much money. Steel is expensive but not that expensive. I can build a kit that will be the same thing for half the price probably less when I get materials from the scrap bin to make the brackets. All you need is two rails they don't need to be round with a 90% bend at each end. Doesn't get more simple than that.
Thanks for your input Gary. For me this works. But if you have The years of experience, I’m sure there are a lot of changes you would make.
Have a great one
