A few months ago I wrote a comment stating that DM finally got into my brain through your videos and your simple explanations; you make the most complicated course very easy to understand. I am pleased to tell you that I finally passed the NCLEX RN exam (third attempt) You helped me tremendously, you are awesome !!. I started watching your videos after my last failed (second attempt)and I honestly watched the 80-90%% of all your videos.Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. God Bless you Sarah.
Hello Rose Miranda RN :) Congratulations!!! I'm so very happy for you. I do indeed remember your comment from awhile back on the diabetes video and how you were prepping for your re-test. I'm glad to hear you passed. I wish you the absolute best in your new career as a nurse. THANK YOU for this comment and for using my videos to help you prep. I appreciate that!

Sara you are an excellent Teacher I have benefited tremendously from your videos. Thank you.
Every time I need to study a different topic I go directly to your RUclips channel. You have a gift to teach, you make everything look easy. After watching your video I go back to textbooks and they finally make sense. Thanks, keep doing this amazing videos!
I have read a half of the DM chapter in my school book in 4 days. Yet, I haven’t consumed much all the information that I read because it was too much and everything was so all over the place. It took me so much time for summarizing and do the concept map. You’re awesome, your vid is only 20’ but it surely includes all the info that I need to know. Your channel definitely is my survival tips for nursing.
I swear you have helped me so much with my studying and my homework!! I love this channel!!
It’s crazy how my nursing instructors don’t even teach or explain any lessons. I have to watch your videos in order to get details on each topic…. At this point I need to pay you my whole tuition. You definitely could start an online nursing program….
I learned more watching your videos than I did in nursing school. Wish I had found you sooner. Thank you so much for all these great videos! You are a great teacher!
I have learned more from this 20 min online class than on the 2.5 hours real class taught by my college professor. Thank you for this video.
Sarah, God bless you every day of your life. You have a gift, thanks so much for your work to put all this together and help so many of us out here... i am a foreign nurse and watching your videos make me feel so much better, you know how to make this magic happen, you are talented!! Soon will be taking my NCLEX and will let everyone know how big of a help your lectures are!!! Sending good energy to your life and family!!!
You truly are an incredible educator. You have so much knowledge and know how to instill it in others effortlessly. You carried me through nursing school and now NP school. Your in-depth knowledge of pathophysiology and pharmacology is identical to my advanced practice textbooks. Thank you for everything.
I am a fellow RN and your videos/education is amazing. I love how you pull out each what is a very complicated process and present in a way that is clear and simple. You go thru all these disease/conditions with such clarity!!!! Thank you for being there for all us pre or post nurses....!!!
Wow, thank you so much, Debbie! It really means A LOT to me that a fellow RN can use these videos and find them helpful. I appreciate you taking the time to watch them and leave me this kind comment. I wish you the best in your career as a nurse.

It's wild how you teach a million times better than my professor and he doesn't want us to watch videos on youtube.
Hi Sarah, I am so glad that you and your husband take time to make many wonderful videos to help us the nursing student. I just had an exam today on Endocrine sistems. I made an 82 ( I should score hire if I didn't overthinking about stuff that I already know the answer, but still, praise The Lord). I enjoy your cover on the diabetes and the mnemonics are awesome!!
